- Infinity Train hit the internet and quickly went viral within the cartoon community online. Cartoon Network's pilot was embraced by many fans online and had them pining for more! There's a video somewhere talking about how Infinity Train shouldn't go to Cartoon Network to be aired, but to somewhere else like Netflix. Cartoon Network won't let it get as much screen time or popularity as it deserves, especially given what it did with the pilot. They aired it on a Saturday morning at 6am before hours of Teen Titans Go simply because TTG gets them more money, even though the short would only take up approximately 8 minutes. It's like what it does with Adventure Time and Steven Universe, pushing them to the side in favor of more "popular" (i.e. profitable) shows except those two are popular enough now on the Internet to almost be self-sufficient. Whatever happens, I just hope that it is able to continue - the premise is really interesting and the pilot is good at gaining the audience's interest.

I want to see a full Infinity Train series. I know I'm probably going to get some grief over this, we need more animation that delves into darker feelings and themes, currently the viewing choices are overstated with bright and naively happy animation works.
Silver Dragon Wolf I like bright colors and think even darker shows really need to use brighter colors, but I do like me some dark undertones and straight up creepiness from time to time between the brighter lit bits

I think I have a theory/idea.
The number IS in fact how many carts there are on the train (but read on, please). The Steward is the creator of the Infinity Train and therefore controls how many carts there are. Most likely (in my mind) if she is weakened, she cannot maintain all Infinite Carts. A person (or people) previously fought The Steward. These people also had the number of carts on, which would have been Infinity.
As they fought The Steward, she was weakened so the number went down to 59. They escaped the train, so Tulip was brought there by an outside force to defeat the The Steward.
At the end of the short, when The Steward was weakened, she could not maintain four carts, so the number went down to 47 (I think that's what it was). I believe that if Tulip weakens The Steward (or destroys her; I prefer the latter) enough the Infinity Train will disappear, and so will The Steward's power.
But that's just a theory…

Hannah Jackson that's a cool theory, but if I may put in another idea as well. A steward just ushers people into seats. Maybe the train has some kind of engineer running everything and another potential rider did exactly what you said and that is why the steward ran off to protect the engineer.

Infinity Train looks so wonderful and different! I really hope it gets a full series. Definitive ending and everything, cause it would be a bummer for it to end on a cliffhanger like some shows. Let it tell it's full story.

Karl Julien He meant it currently lacks action cartoons, OK K.O! and Justice League Action leans more into action comedy than full action. CN gets managed by different people over different time periods. So whoever is running the network right now isn't doing as good of a job as previous managers.

The uncertainty that I can feel watching a video from 3 years ago after the pilot gives me hope in 2021 seeing that book 4 will not be the final season...
I just noticed Tulips glasses are in the shape of a infinity symbol.
The train DOES have a beginning.
This is how the pilot starts. It shows the title with a black background. The title card fades away, showing empty tracks. A short while later, a train barrels past.
Th engine could be number one, then the cart after that is number two, etc. forever. Corginia is 53 carts behind the engine.
If the engine is an e2 class you might be watching a different train show
I personally think the number means what train car the "stuard" is currently in. which means that the Corgi car is train car 53, and now the stuard is in car 49.

THIS is the kind of attitude every kid-friendly creator should have when making something with a darker vibe. Kids aren't idiots, sometimes they could actually get more from a deep or dark scene than an adult would. They might not have much knowledge, but their insane imagination definitely compensates it.
And if they won't get anything from it, then they'll either just go: "okay", or, as he said, they will have a story to tell in their colledge dorm room, which is always fun.

The only fact that matters about Infinity train is that it's dope.
Honestly OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes took about four years to get greenlit and now its a successful series so maybe in time Infinity Train will get greenlit even it means waiting maybe tell next years upfront or in two years or more will just have to wait and see.

They Should Care About The Fans
I'm not surprised that an Infinity Train series hasn't been announced yet, but I'm still waiting with bated breath. It's an engrossing concept that absolutely deserves further exploration; I tend to reflect on it at least once every other week. My headcanon is already filled with at least two seasons' worth of story arcs, goofy one-off plots, and even a crossover or two with the likes of Steven Universe, We Bare Bears, and even Ben 10. It might be the best original concept CN has offered lately, a nice cross between comedy and action far different than anything the network has produced in the past several years (even Over the Garden Wall, and at least that show has a comic book continuation, so don't lose hope entirely).

The number in tulip's hand is the room number of where the monster is on because when the monster leave he goes to the left so that means hes going on the previous rooms(my theory :D)

Theory: everything inside the train is dangerous to Tulip and the Steward is just trying to protect her, hence throwing Atticus against the wall and her reaction to one-one.

Theory: what the passengers think of becomes the next carriage, the number is either a percentage of how much their thoughts will affect the look of the next carriage or what carriage they are in, the Steward is actually the real hero and is trying to hunt down the Real culprit of all the damage on the train, the Stuart just mistook tulip for it

5:30 I believe that that there is an infinite amount of train carts in the "back" of the train. Basically, the train has a start( the first cart ) and no end ( making it an infinity train)

My theory about tulip's number on her hand is that it's her car and/or seat number. The text of the number looks kind of like the number on a train ticket. And maybe after the commotion in corgenia the steward had to change her tulip's number.

Have you ever seen or heard of the old 60's show The Prisoner? Infinity Train is a lot like that. The show is about a guy who used to work for the CIA but mysteriously quits in the first ep, and the next day he wakes up on a strange isolated island with no knowledge of how he got there, and he has a number tattooed on his hand- #6. The island is filled with weird people who just call him #6 (we never find out his real name) and each ep is him trying to make it to the end of the island and the person who runs it- #1- to find out how he got there and how to get home. It's a lot like Infinity Train.
Wait, didn't the Simpsons parody that one? I remember seeing that one, it's the one where Homer gets a computer and gets taken to a island and it becomes just like that show.
