Have you had a good experience using Ace High Co.'s Original Pomade? Will you review it in the future?
Is it best to apply pomades to dry hair or slightly damp? And if you dry it should you style it in position while drying?
It's easier with more moisture, but dry hair allows for more hold. Depends on what style you're going for

Great vid! Does your barber usually use thinning shears or razor? That would really help me as I have wavy hair but I experience frizz cause by my barber thinning my hair
They usually ask me if I want them to thin it out, and have only used thinning shears. Yeah, I had that issue too when they thinned out everything, but now I ask specifically for just the back half of my head since that's where most of my hair will rest on

At this point I don't have any daily drivers. Products I've used heavily were Shear Revival American Gardens or Prelude, and Flagship Black Ship. Since then, I've just been randomly using products (or not) bc of this damn pandemic

What are some great hair shampoo for thick stiff hair?
honestly i've only used Head and Shoulders, and now the Paul Mitchell Teatree one. If it's stiff, sounds like you might just wanna lay off the shampooing to 2-3x a week and condition it more regularly
