Mostly people use a fan to blow air into the bloom before they blow the hot air and use the fan to blow balloon up first

you must first use it air blower to fill balloon with the cold air and then set the torch at a distance of 30 to 50 cm from the bubble opening while a small holl should be placed on the upper part so that the hot air comes out
