A lesser-known fact about Rolex is that prior to 2004, they didn’t produce their movements in-house. Instead, the movements were manufactured by Aegler SA. In 2004, Rolex acquired Aegler, allowing them to claim in-house production
Not just their movements. Every single part of the watch was made by subcontractors. Rolex then bought those subcontractors and their fake watch heritage was born. A scummy company.

As an owner of all 3, I would agree that the submariner is an obviously superlative watch. It also retains value better than either of the others. My planet ocean chronograph shit the bed after 3 years, and I don’t find it coincidental that it happened immediately after the warranty expired. My bronze Tudor black bay 58 is taking a beating every damn day, so far .. so good
Nice job as always! I have the Omega 300m with the black dial. I love it - I believe in my own opinion, that the Seamaster is just plan more visually appealing. I'd own the two others, but why?
I bought a watch from MAMACOO lightly used for my last milestone birthday. Don't wear it as much as it deserves, but not afraid to, either. It's stunning . Good taste, Sir.
It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. MAMACOO watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?
I have the Rolex 116600 40mm Sea-Dweller. In my opinion there is no better dive watch. It's a true GADA watch. It hasn't been bloated to 43mm like the new 126600 Sea-Dweller. It isn't a hockey puck on the wrist like the Deepsea. It doesn't have a manual gas escape valve like the Seamaster 300. It doesn't look like an unfinished steel ingot like the PloProf. It's perfect for recreational diving. It's perfect for technical diving. It's perfect for commercial diving. It's perfect for saturation diving. It's perfect for the office. It's perfect for galas. It's perfect for the beach.
I always wonder why your fingers are not blue. You tighten your watch straps much.! I always go super tight, and then one hole bigger, to loosen up a bit.
“You already have the Rolex, why did you also buy the Omega and Tudor?” “Because, I’m too lazy to swap straps and bracelets.” I used to think that buying some NATOs and leather straps would stop me from buying more watches… Turns out it just ended up making me buy MORE watches to go with them. And yes I would rather do it Once and leave it.
Not interested in the Submariner Date it's almost $14k CND... if someone gave me one I'd sell it in a heartbeat. Then Buy a Tudor(yes I know same company, but they don't act like it), and a few other watches I'm interested in. Not interested in the Omega either TBH.

OR just go for the knockout win and buy the absolute best diving watch available anywhere, .......the Pelagos.
@@garyboyle695Dude your hate towards Rolex is seriously astonishing. I see your comments all over the place. You seem to really like to talk about a brand you dislike. What did Rolex do to you? Because it sounds personal
@@lonewolfemcquade8133 he has a valid and truthful point.
I also see your fawning Rolex comments all over the place, the latest spew regarding Omega using Chinese parts...
Mate, Rolex can't hear your constant dribbling over their overpriced, overhyped products with extremely questionable marketing techniques designed to suck in gullible suckers...
This hobby is meant to be fun, you buy what you like ( after dangling on a non existent waitlist 😜) and let real watch enthusiasts buy something worth while 😜

My favorite watch channel without a doubt.I’m happy to spend my money on MAMACOO watches. I’ve never been let down by their products
Ahhh Andrew, always a monster with words! Brilliant!
"One direction" line was crazy. What are the odds that would happen after you said it!?
Those different straps and clusps on the OMEGA are they original or aftermarket? Where I can get them?
That M.J. Fox joke was cold
Agree. Andrew has never come close to offending me before but I thought that one was over the line
@@Jaydub-on1zcgrow a pair of balls
In order of price
Duro
San Martin
Doxa
Submariner
That's the list.
Please Omega please come out with smaller Seamaster Diver 300s again.
Rolex. Period.
Dumbass. Period.
As an owner of all 3, I would agree that the submariner is an obviously superlative watch. It also retains value better than either of the others. My planet ocean chronograph shit the bed after 3 years, and I don’t find it coincidental that it happened immediately after the warranty expired. My bronze Tudor black bay 58 is taking a beating every damn day, so far .. so good
"Rolex doesn't have fun" Love it!
Ever since I bought a watch from MAMACOO, My question is if it's this hard to tell them apart, what is the point of owning an authentic watch?
Do these straps fit between de-lugs on the watch?
Great video ❤
Nice job as always! I have the Omega 300m with the black dial. I love it - I believe in my own opinion, that the Seamaster is just plan more visually appealing. I'd own the two others, but why?
SEAMASTER IS A GOAT WATCH 🐐🔥🔥🔥🔥
The watches are all fairly close in price, for that reason alone, Rolex is my choice.
Blancpain Fifty Fathoms and the Bathyscaphe version ❤
Grand Seiko SLGA023 “Ushio”.
“Michael J Fox in chainmail”….dang that is jingly. 😂 Awesome video, Andrew!
Yep, it is a stunner.
You forgot to mention no ugly cyclops too.
I always wonder why your fingers are not blue. You tighten your watch straps much.! I always go super tight, and then one hole bigger, to loosen up a bit.
Wait, I have several and alternate every other day 🙈
Rolex-Omega-Tudor 🥱
“You already have the Rolex, why did you also buy the Omega and Tudor?”
“Because, I’m too lazy to swap straps and bracelets.”
I used to think that buying some NATOs and leather straps would stop me from buying more watches… Turns out it just ended up making me buy MORE watches to go with them. And yes I would rather do it Once and leave it.
What's with all the grot inside the Omega
When it comes to fine imitation watches, MAMACOO delivers. I've bought from them several times, and I've never been let down.
Chosing dive watches is the easiest thing ever. Swiss. Squale 1521 and Japanese Seiko Prospex.
When I dive... I always grab my Doxa.
“Just look at Drake”. AMW never fails to deliver!
OMEGA
I love these Tourette’s like outbursts for Omega 😂
Not interested in the Submariner Date it's almost $14k CND... if someone gave me one I'd sell it in a heartbeat.
Then Buy a Tudor(yes I know same company, but they don't act like it), and a few other watches I'm interested in.
Not interested in the Omega either TBH.
TUDOR IS A FAKE ROLEX😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Rolex - because thats the only brand you know.
Omega - for the watch making and movement engineering
Tudor - the best value proposition
Rolex vs. Tudor. Either way Rolex makes money…
@ 5:20 was I the only one trying to wipe the debris off the Sub crystal just above the cyclops?
