You are very polite in asking if you can have something. A friend was cutting grass and ran out of gas. Left his riding motor in the middle of the lawn and went to fetch the cas can. Came back to someone driving off with his mower.

Another great video a lot of whiteware, dryer are easy to fix, they have a small bearing in the center that you can change, and it's the same as the scooter 🛴 bearings, easy as bro I'm doing abandoned houses at the moment it's like a goldmind 😂.

Abandoned property's alot are used for dumping grounds, me and a mate grab all the scrap, make abit of cash an help clean up our neighborhood

If people would flush out there water heaters once a year they will last a lot longer. I have never had to replace a water heater because I flush out the sediment every year.

Yes though I go out on garbage days so it may be gone by the time he arrives. Maybe if I had a warehouse I could pick up more furniture 🤔
