I am looking to invest in the Viral Hook Database as some short form content has preformed very well and now need more of the same.
Social Media has become a popularity contest. Algorithms are being used to micromanage creators. Followers mean little-to-nothing if they are not seeing your content. Oh well.
I stopped creating content for the algorithm since it changes so much. I just try my best to create and post what I consider to be good quality content and follow all the basic rules. I refuse to let them algorithm control me.

It's weird, 2-3 weeks ago my organic engagement was super high for me but recently this past week it has gone down. I also noticed that I have analytics available now on a personal account. Interesting cause you mention some ppl lost their analytics

Sometimes I simply forget to comment so I just wanted to make sure I did on this one , yet another great informational video . My engagement and reach are in the negatives. But my following is still hanging. I’m gonna try this method. I agree during the summer it is usually slow.
We post more to try give it a boost but only reaching max 10-20% non followers and max 10-20k views down from 100-500k views pre algorithm update

What i've noticed is posts and stories are for your current follower base, which get hardly any likes or engagement and then reels are for getting reach and bringing in new followers. I get average 1500-2000 views per reel and only like 20 likes or 500 views on a post
The reels that go viral are most of the time stupid or “funny” . I find these so annoying
If it's due to Summer how come my reach is up and my views are in the millions? None of that makes sense as I have many from other countries liking my videos.

I have studied everything of ours and its all completely random as to what gets views and comments etc. no pattern 😢 Also our analytics have gone. No curve etc
It is random. We have 3 accounts and 5 million followers. Curated. It legitimately is random but the key is to keep going.
No way should our stats be on show to everyone. It's a huge privacy issue but on top of that, if the algorithm randomly changes, as it does, and our stats dip that could potentially discourage partners, others from following etc through no fault of the creator. It's yet another stumbling block in the path to reaching an audience.
I just like to post content that isn’t the same as everyone else but that’s what goes viral. It’s like you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. I’m a Pokémon influencer. My views are all over the place but not viral. I just wanna be one of those people that posts weird raunchy funny stuff

I have no idea what changes were made - but I have noticed my last few posts don't seem to get ANY engagement anymore. Not even ONE single like. My posts also insofar as I can see are not appearing with any of the hashtags I'm using whereas they were before. There doesn't seem to be a way I can see the most recent posts of a hashtag like before. Today I decided to f*ck Instagram off and dump the platform.
There's no point in posting if you're not reaching anyone. What change they made........its awful!

Yeah, Instagram killed their hashtags and the best way to genuinely grow organically when they got rid of "Recent Posts". Now everything relies solely on Instagram and "the algorithm". From a user perspective, this has made it much worse to navigate and find interesting and unique users. Instagram reccommends the most boring and generic posts...
For better results, try to get strategic-use hashtags wisely and collaborate with influencers to amplify your visibility.
I just started a new account yesterday. I posted 20 good illustrations (I guess) and I reach almost anyone. I have 5 followers, 2 are from a friend, other one is from myself :D It's kinda frustrating.
Ngl before this update even a regular edit or a remix of some sort would easily gotten 10k views now best of my edits are struggling for 2-3K views I enjoy the process of making content and my niche so I'm gonna continue either way

This is bullshit. I create similar content all the time. One reel got pushed to 500k views, other's don't. Literally i just did similar thing that other person in my niche did with 100m views, i've got just 7k views.
