I love Amos watched the 30 day challenge he did with Greg Ovens, he’s a legend. He literally fed them
Greg was 2 for the whole trip 😅 But man I love Ol Ovens. He had those berries and mushrooms on lock tho!
Ovens cant fish to save his life, he's terrible...

You learn lots from these video love how shows and explains the details of what there doing.
Fowler is always putting little subtle Easter eggs in his videos. The little double shot of the dancing hamster on the stump at 45:11 almost got past me.
Never noticed it on the original viewing.

Add 2 layers of reflectix to the inside even the floor, no frost, super warm, run it all around one piece and cut the door after in a way so it will overlap the opening but make it easy to pass through. You can fold in 1 side every 3 to 4 ft it will contour the roof . Tuck tape repair tape sticks to it , works at least at -27f and wont peel. Trust me you will love it.

brookies are usually around inlets and outlets as well as shallow sandy areas. rainbows are more of a 8!16 ft range and a bit weedier terrain. they are more finnicky so the quieter the better with rainbows.

Man these are the videos i want and i think others as well i understand sometimes u get away from things and try other stuff because u need a break from these type of videos but honestly these are my fav type of videos survival catch and cooks are awesome and ur food always look so great haha

@@kani6855for me it’s not about the distance from home and what not. It’s the use of so many gadgets and technology. This is an ice fishing camping with all the tech available. I like to see ice fishing videos and I like survival videos but this is strange way to word and then do a video.

you should hook em in the back u der the dorsal and above the spine. harder to hook em and keep em alive but you get waaayyyy more hooked up fish once you perfect the art of how to hook it in that small sweet spot

ice storm of 98 i was living in denmark me with my dad. i was about 13 and we had to survive 18 days with no power or heat or a vehicle so we fished moose pond and lived off squirrelll duck fish and anything else we could find. that was a great bonding experience but man did that suck
