Hey buddy I stumbled upon this video and wow your GoPed is so awesome it looks so beautiful you really have it done up so well . Never had one I’ve always road crotch rockets my whole life. But your scooter is so awesome great job on building it everything looks amazing and it sounds so awesome. I’m really glad I was able to watch your video so cool. Thanks for showing your beautiful race scooter.
I used to cruise my goped from the wedge to Tempe Town lake and back, it would use about 5/8ths of fuel 2stroke mix up. On time I stopped at the wedge and the cops pulled up and told me to put it on scooter mode. It is the time with a spindle, I upgraded it to a bigger one with a gear cog shape that gave it an extra 3-5 mph.
Sand the welds down with a wire brush and disc, reweld any holes. Sand smooth and measure thickness of welds for quality assurance. Then paint red and throw on a fararri sticker or two.
I have a ?? Do they make larger motor mounts?? Mine is like 54mm bolt to bolt on the 4 motor mount holes. My motor has like 75 give or take a couple mm and if so where can they be found. Thanks so much in advance.
El caño de,escape esta mal puesto por que calienta mucho y puede quemar con pantalones cortos solucionar con algo que proteja del un posible contacto con el caño de escape
Derek Short - could a pneumatic tire chain-drive ped be adapted to a manual shift, 2,3,4, or even 5 speed gearbox? I know older Vespa's and a some other 2 stroke seated mopeds in the past have had 4 speed manual left handle twist grip shifting with a clutch lever on the same side so it was a single, swift hand movement and shifts were reliable and fast. These are the most desirable mopeds if you had to have one.. Anyway, what do you think a ped like one of those built GSR 60's you had were fitted with some type of manual gearbox? Think they'd be able to achieve stronger acceleration through a wider range of speed? Also, with a clutch and what not would allow for manipulation of the power band to create over steer and get those slick tires as gooey as they can get for higher speed stability. I think it would bring things up a few notches.. Surely PMW has thought of that but given evo power boards strange effort with the thumb shifter and centrifugal clutch route I imagine that may have deterred any thought of a manual clutch. IDK. if a grom can have one why not a stand up scooter?
+SPLITZ SCREENHD they are the factory goped bothy forks. These are double sided, and have the maddog brake tab so you can bolt up aftermarket calipers. the style you have are likely the pre-maddog brake tab style.
This is not something you can just go off and buy. I built this piece by piece. A lot of this is custom work and 1 off stuff. This ped took lots of money and time to build.
they are slicks. tires are 100 ea per tire. plus rims and hubs. ur lookign at 600+ for just the wheels.... probably not something u wana do unless ur a balla! or u race like i do.
@123DerekShort im srry.. but i dont know too much aobut the actual go ped parts and im looking for a cheaper goped *around $500 tops that can go more than 30? if you know of some that go 30 mph stock and you give me example TY
