Horizon is a 4k capable game, and looks better in resolution, but can you see the world upside down in a raindrop on the windshield? No. Not in Horizon. Does the windshield have water marks on it after the rain dries up? No. Not in Horizon. DriveClub has better effects, and looks incredible for an HD game.
Advocate There is definitely something to be said for how immersive DriveClub is. Feels like you are really driving an exotic car through lush environments. Sound, lighting, effects; all lends to the experience.

The Crew 2 as open-world game fascinates me. You showed perfect view of it. Clear weather, open road, traffic, around trees, much colors. But you could choose other point of view in Driveclub. It has amazing rain weather, this clearness kinda lacks of colors. I mean, you could pick Forza and The Crew and you wouldnt notice any difference at all. I would pick The Crew 2 as ranking with Forza, but Driveclub should be in comparison maybe with GRID 2019 or Shift 1/2. It brings some racing feel, like overcast, competition feel.
As a forza player i like The Crew 2 more, im not a fan of Driveclub. Driving in TC2 looks clean, TC2 has huge map, and it has other vechiles, like planes, bikes, boats, hovercraft, jetsprint.
From personal experience driveclub looks better than presented. Also the only thing The crew has on point is the Lamborghini and R8 engine. Everything else seems off. Mustang isn't bad . But driveclub is acing it even to this day

I don't understand why so many people think Driveclub is so good. It doesn't even compare to games like GT Sport, Project Cars 2 or TC 2 (Yes, I know DC is from 2014, but I see so many videos comparing it with 2018 games for no reason). First of all, the graphics. People say they are great but they really aren't. There is way too much motion blur in this game and the cars look very blurry too, but when you race the camera is very close to the car in a weird angle and it is very dynamic, to make it look better. Just look at the exhaust pops from 1:20, you call this nice graphics? And second of all, the sound. People say it's good but it's not. Just because the cars are unnecessarily loud, that doesn't mean they sound good. The sound is still not at all realistic and super digitalized.

Janno Huberts I agree. I've shown the photo mode to friends and family. They are all blown away by how real it looks. Carbon fiber weave, running droplets on the car, and the tires are particularly astounding.

Graphics forza horizon 4 is the champion, but as a fan from game the sounds engine really sucks, driveclub and crew 2 are really close and they are so much better regarding fh4, they should fix it with a patch, but unfortunately they won’t do. People just think about graphics I get it, but when are racing with a realistic sound the immersion is completely different therefore you enjoy. Crew2 is the best open world map and I think these game can compete in the future neck to neck against forza. Look im all for racing games and my most favorite racing games are forza and GT series. The crew series is cool but I’d wish they changed the rear view mirrors so you and actually see lmao and the upgrading your car system has to be way better then the first crew. Make it a system lie forza or grand turismo please and have some what realistic physics.
