i like your presentation, unlike many others talking so much. Great video and fabulous outcome.
One question about timing and "right" temperature, can you please share me about that.
Thanks so much for sharing.
Sorry i got the time at your clip :)
Tuan Nguyen Thanks Tuan, 75 degrees Celsius or 167 degrees Fahrenheit
Pitmaster X Thanks for your reply. I tried and got GREAT OUTCOME. However, the skin is not Crispy at all. Can you advice my why?
Thanks so much
Is this recipe spicy?
Carlos Bolanos Not really, but when you would like to be sure, just use 1 tablespoon of black pepper and no cayenne pepper.
Great thank you very much my family is looking forward to eating the chicken this weekend..
Carlos Bolanos I am sure they will enjoy it!
Every man has his blues. No matter where he lives.
To me the beer can chicken is a classic, with out the can its just great chicken. I already have a video posted without the can. This one is a tribute to the classic version.
Thats Grolsh beer, its from my home town. Its my go to every day beer. My favourite special beer is Leffe royale. You should try that some day and do a review on it.
I have a plug from weber and it does help. Never heard of putting a potato in there. I'll keep that in mind thanks.
Now that was a fantastic looking "Drunk Chicken" Roel!!!! I loved the music as well. Good ole beer drinking music to listen too, while the chicken is getting drunk on beer :D
Thanks. I don't know the weight, cause I didn't check it. I am guessing 800 gram
its probably bursting with flavor with all those spices
It sounds delicious. But seeing the chicken posed that way makes the video! I had to take a screenshot and had it made into a poster that I have hanging in my man cave next to Farrah Fawcett! Those were two good looking chicks!
Super Ad, bedankt voor de feedback
Thanks Angie! Its always a hit on our dinner table!

god that looks sensational! I love the colour of that chook. Love the rub you made up, and yes awesome tune! Shared for you :)
Awesome! I usually stuff a half of potato or onion in the neck hole to keep most of the steam inside the bird. I've found it makes for an even juicier bird.
Perfection.....Thumbs ups!

Pitmaster X thank you

Perfect!
can i use soaked wood chips in an oven??? and how?
anthony yan I would advise not to use smoke chips in an oven, unless its outside. It will produce a lot of smoke. You could add some smoked paprika in the dry rub for a smoked flavor. Smoked paprika can be bought on amazon amzn.to/1zFdplv
