- He is known for his sleight of hand skills and specializes in the manipulation of playing cards, coins, and other small objects. His stage performances blend elements of kabuki, a Japanese theater form, with traditional conjuring. In addition, he is noted for his contributions to Bizarre magic. McBride has appeared twice on Criss Angel's show MindFreak. He was one of the celebrity judges on the 2008 reality celebrity-magic show Celebracadabra, produced by VH-1.
His level of skill is so impossibly high and he is so so so so so humble! Even a at a young age he was so humble.
Amazing audience management by Jeff, wow!
I need to meet this guy at least once and thank him for inspiring me to practice magic.
He's in Vegas and in his early 60's now, so you "better make it soon!" (Jeff's own words)
@@deucegalamagic I couldn't believe it when I read this. Will be seeing him next month. Thank you !!!
@@michaeljoseph3475 I just saw him in the close-up gallery at The Magic Castle plus attended his lecture. Real powerful stuff.

I met him when I was a kid at a magic convention. He's super nice. He gave me some information on how to find out about an illusion. This was before the internet was really a thing so it was hard to find info about that stuff. There was a line. It was like waiting to see Santa Clause but WAY better. So, when I got up there I got an autograph and he gave me a contact for the creator of the illusion I was looking for. I got to see his full show live. It was amazing. The mask routine is extra cool in real life. Oh, and If you call him there's a chance he'll answer the phone. I called one day hoping to schedule a private coaching session and ended up talking with his wife, Abby. So yeah, all around solid. Oh, and if you haven't already, get ALL of his DVDs. Then get ready to wear your hands out dropping coins and cards for a few months. LOL IBM Ring 193.
A true legend. I love that bill effect. It’s a lot of fun to perform money transformations bc everyone knows money and likes it a LOT so their interest is that much more heightened. Then the transformation happens and they’ll remember it forever. 👏🏻 Jeff is one of my all time favorite magicians. No one else quite like him
Mr. McBride will always be a master performer, master teacher, and an extraordinary person!
A true magician. I highly respect him
He really is.
Jeff McBride and Jeff Sheridan are my biggest inspiration when it comes to Card Manipulation... Absolute masters!!! And so very artistic at that!!!! ❤❤❤
My right ear likes jeff
EL DIABLO I lmao
thank you so much for uploading this. Jeff McBride is truly amazing
Yes, he is amazing and I think, in some ways, under appreciated. Thanks for watching!
This Japanese special he's talking about. Did that ever come out? If you have more McBride stuff please upload it :D
Oh wow, wait a second.. You're the lady interviewing him. That's awesome!! In that case you possibly don't have more of his stuff which is fine.
Thanks for uploading this!
Yes, 95% of the interviews on my channel are mine. Thanks so much for watching. If I find any more of Jeff, I will be sure to post and let you know.
I’m so glad your still alive and healthy!! God bless you
Thank you so much for finding this footage of Jeff. I am so looking forward for WG to come back.
Micheal. I am the interviewer and also a fan of Jeff’s talent. You have a great “magical” career as well. I wish you the best!
@@eileenprose8472 continued success Miss Prose. Hope to see you at Wonderground some day.
One of the very best!
A true master of the art!
I met jeff mc bride in london i swear he was awesome
While Jeff MCBride is an awesome slight of hand magician I think that some of his most important work is his alchemical transformational ritual magic.. If you ever get to participate in a Fire ritual his Alchemical Fire circle.. truly powerful work!.
It's the 80's!!!!!!!
The simple illusions are some of the best illusions. Very clever!

Camera editor. You're sacked.
Dirk Diggler nice... hehehe
Why?
Mitt Obama What's the point of sleight of hand if your viewing angle is way off?
Still good though !
He grabbed those cards back pretty quickly after saying they could examine them at 1.10
ha i noticed the same thing
That was an extremely expensive deck of cards. No joke, if you bought them you wouldn't even want to open them. But there's nothing intrinsically special about them other than they're thinner, crisper, hold their shape better, and are typically smoother against one another while sticking better to your fingers. Just all around much better made cards.
Never touch a magicians deck.
So that's why magicians aren't getting any.
Timing. If the host were to thoroughly examine the cards (which he could have) there would have been dead time. A mortal sin for television, and especially television magic. The energy would have been sucked out of the studio. McBride is a virtuoso performer.
aaaahh... that false thumb... always a must!!!
Wrong

Buenísimo
Age really change you.. damn Jeff
Lol your so mean
"Japanese businessmen and their... 😏 hostesses"
“Just make sure they are separated”
when you post, include exact date of show
a little bit rude, aren't you?
Look at that outfit LMFAO 😂
He looks like he should be doing high kicks while playing sick guitar solos. They all have great 80s hair here, too.
Why this costum? Why?
It's a Baroque style - a little pretentious to many, but accepted by the charming nature.
Glam rock style of 80s
He’s a true master ! Shame he’s let himself go a bit !
Dan Trix He’s old!
