  • Courts do not need to decide whether a minor is permanently incorrigible (past change) before sentencing them to life without parole, ruled the Supreme Court on Thursday, April 22. As a high schooler who follows Supreme Court cases, I created this video to share what I knew about this case with others. I also collaborated with my sister, who is voicing Tato :)
