He is on tape stating one thing and now attempting to say another, regardless of the affidavit, signed witness cooperation agreement, etc. His statements mean nothing now, you can’t just pick and choose what version of events the clown is saying is the truth simply to fit your narrative. That’s not how the law system works, he’s full of garbage and has stated he was okay with lying on the stand. So no, he’s not helping thug, he’s just a fool who’s angry he snitched on video and is now actively trying to sabotage and recant whatever he said for his street cred back no matter if it’s a truth or a lie and that’s not someone you want on your case, especially when you’re fighting for your freedom. The District attorneys reached out to Woody directly, knowing he was represented by melnik.... That is a violation of 4.2. melnik has emails from the district attorneys office from earlier in the year, proving the DA knew Woody had representation. Violating Rule 4.2 calls for disbarment...

Well depends on rather or not his statements were signed off by him… if not, then it doesn’t matter if it was recorded and it doesn’t matter what he said. And the fact that they brought the video, tells me that they didn’t make a deal with him based on a signed statement. When they make deals, they type everything you said up, state that you’re taking this deal based in the information you provided and you sign it. He’s clearly been told by an attorney what to say and not say and that he can deny anything he’s said.
He can say that was done under duress which he is trying to establish. He’s saying I said what I thought would get me out of being arrested and put in jail.
