Today i just bought my first Guerlain perfume, Bosca Vanilla. From the first time i smelled it, i simply got addicted. I ended up having dreams buying it and i finally did it. I feel like i found my scent💛

I sprayed Oud Yuzu Forte on my arm while at a department store. Bright beautiful Yuzu right off the bat that disappeared fairly quickly. Then the Oud kicked in. When I got home I washed my arm. Seriously, I couldn't wear it! I'm glad I was able to test it.

To me Bosca Vanilla smells pretty sweet just short of being to sweet but it stops at just the best capacity for sweet vanilla to me. It has a lightly water smell with just a slight undertone of fresh. It’s so beautiful and yes agree it can be worn anytime I don’t think summer when I smell it personally. 🍨🍃🤍
Your face sold me when you initially smelled Bosca vanilla! I love the idea of a metallic feel on vanilla, how unique!

Tested both today… almost bought Bosca Vanilla… decided against it because I feel like I can find that scent profile for a more affrodable price… but man I LOVE it and I might give in next time I test it 😂

I love bosca vanilla. Def salty vanilla, beautiful vanilla but quite polarizing i think. Salty vanilla's are just not pleasing for many people it seems

I had a great opporttunity to buy Bosca Vanilla from someone for veeery good price... omg I love this... I love Aqua Allegoria and Guerlain. Almost every fragrance is good or marvelous for me. I don't know how to stop buyting perfumes from this house 😂

I am so sorry and either sad to say, but I really hated Oud Yuzu.
After a very short while I get a vibe of sweaty socks in old sneakers on a hot summerday. Smelt it on the blotter as well as on my own skin and I just couldn't... 😂😂
I needed to wash it off after about half an hour of torturing my nose.
... although I love Oud sometimes and most of the Allegoria range per se, this one doesn't work for me.
But! I instantly fell in love with Bosca Vanilla, too and now a full bottle is on its way from France to Germany. 😂🙈
I think it surely is not that super breathtaking special and new fragrance experience, or sth like you never smelled before, there is done some nice summery aquatic vanilla stuff from different brands before, but this one definitely has a more elegant feel to it, it is sweet, addictive, velvety and cocooning, but fresh and bright in the same time and the famous vanilla to me seems more natural and the fragrance all together more blendend, than for example JHAG Vanilla Vibes, wich I principally like a lot, too.
In my opinion it's at least very well done for what it is and seems like most of the range quite easy-going. And to me it has a salty quality, too, I completely agree.
It will be my 9. scent of the Allegoria line up so far.
I did not try Rosa Palisandro, I probably will any day, I guess, but the notes did not instantly call my name.😅

Hmm, for me a salty note smells like how salt tastes, combined with other notes :)
To me it can be the smell of the air at the beach. Kind of dry and a bit marine.
Hi Arlene! How would Bosca Vanilla compare to Burberry Goddess in terms of sweetness and vanilla?
Oh gosh, imo they're just so very different. BV is sparkling/bright and BS is creamy/warm/soft. Both have a vanilla sweetness but aren't similar at all :)
