He should have clarified that at 4:30 minute mark that the forex price is simply each currencies' value in BTC at the time of the transaction. BTC dictates the value of a currency. He said that but, to me, it emphasizes that BTC is the reserve currency.

It doesn't matter if your a current hodler or a newbie, you can capitalize on the fluctuation of bitcoin by trading with a good strategy/signal.
