Dice lost against Chris because in live Dice had many sound issues which made Dice's tracks sound weak and in live the details also can't be heard properly .You might not notice these sound issues in the video as this is mastered by Sinjo (Sound engineer of Sbx).

Yo I actually watched Brez's reaction right after I uploaded this. Really sad for Dice, especially because brez said that it wasn't even his fault.
Also I don't understand why people are hating on Chris and the judges without knowing the full story of the decision.

Well it's also bad luck for Chris as he only prepared his elimination and these 2 rounds.And after this win he had to prepare 4 more rounds for semi's and small final in a day
@@rohanadhikary9507 I personally don't "hate" on Chris, I actually love his style of music. I just think that for a battle setting, it doesn't really hit that hard. Not to mention when I was watching the livestream, chris' performance also seemed very weak, and he even messed up the opening (not really his fault though). I also may be a but of a dice fan boy, so I biased I'll admit that. But i was still shocked when Chris took it, heck even Chris was shocked.
What the other comment said, he lost because of sound issues which wasn't even his fault. It's just very unfortunate that a lot of these loopers had sound issues when it wasn't their fault (such as Kba or Gasper Grom)
Yes quite unfortunate I was really looking forward to seeing dice
Six just needed to add another day to the event, for competitors only just to sound check. I know it'd be a pain logistically, but would lead to such a better product and pay off in the long run. Not to mention their logistics for this event kinda sucked already.

@@williamzimmerman3847 agreed. I hope they take this off year to really get their act together at sbx. I know that the team is only human (no rythmind pun intended) but they are need to do better. Things like sound check, security, need to be at the top of the priority list.
17:27 that sound that you are hearing IS feedback, Sinjo has done a great job mixing out most of the ear piercing sounds in the final cuts. But like that time you said "woops" in Dice's first round, that feedback was so much louder live, it actually hurt my ears on the livestream, so I could imagine how bad it was live.
That's so unfortunate :/ props to sinjo though. Dice's rounds sound amazing
@@diehl_with_it I agree. even though you can hear the feedback if you listen closely, it sounds like its just an effect on the voice most of the time.
There should be an option for the judges to call a tie and rematch

chris tuvo el nivel de un clase B, Dice era mucho mejor pero su sonido estaba mal configurado y segun comentan se escuchaba mal
