For me fur is food supplementation because I have someone who I can trade furs for jars of canned fruit and vegetables and stew and apple butter ect.

I use swarm traps and fish traps. Been thinking about trapping beaver. To help keep swamp draining. Beaver makes good bear baiting and gloves. We live trap around the chicken coup.

It is generally illegal to relocate live trapped animals. The following came from Ohio DNR hunting and trapping regulations for the 2022-2023 season "All furbearers are required to be killed
immediately and reduced to the person’s possession or released immediately at the capture site."

The things that I have seen possums crawl out of I'd have to be awfully hungry but a coon is delicious!! A bobcats about the only one worth trapping for cash, gotta keep the coyotes at bay somehow

Always love these trapping videos as I do alot of nuisance trapping. Maybe you could do a video explaining how to use different baits for animal specific trapping.

As a trapper, I would eat 100 muskrats before I'd eat one bite of 'possum. 🤢
