Here Axl's voice reaches very high levels. It can be heard the whole rage he's got inside, besides he's able to sing in a so high pitched way. Guitar, bass and drums nearly perfect. That's why this song is nearly a masterpiece

The arrangement in this song is absolutely stunning! It screams out passion, angst, a yearning that can only be expressed in this manner by sheer genius. This song is in my humble opinion a study in master level song arrangement. Axle"s piano melodic approach skirts across the top of the under tonality that is dark and mournful it it's telling. Man I could on for hours about the complexities within this song. If only Axl and all the original band mates were able to have kept it together to do this album together perhaps it would have gotten more notoriety. There are a few gems in this album this being one of them, "Better" being another, "Madagascar" is very interesting. Not what I'm sure people expected of a GnR album but it's a bold initiative to strike out and experiment with ones musical boundaries.. so kudos to you Mr. Rose!

I have seen GnR for about 14+ times now, but this one was so beautiful when I heard it the first time at Graspop Metal Meeting. I loved being a stagehand, 14 seasons of bliss and the best fucking music you could wish for! 40 years old now, but a bit too old for being a stagehand, and I have 3 kids... I would do it again if I had the chance!

His voice sounds like a god damn guitar. If there is a man born for rock n roll. Axel. I heard many interpretations. Even the greatest imitators can not compare to this. There is an honesty to the voice, that comes from a raw wild spirit. This can not be reproduced in todays modern world filled with sheep that bleeeh bleeeh and walk the line and embrace an increasingly less free world. Genuine wild spirits like Axel are missing in this newer and less honest world we live in

Because this is gnr, most people in the world doesnt know this beautiful emotional song actually exist.
Which is a pity because Axel can and does sing the quieter, more introspective,sensitive type music, too, but is mostly known for the more energetic, wild rocky stuff he does.Once your style is defined by your audience, it's hard for an artist to do something different without upsetting their regular fan base.
