      What are Beindra jeev where is the research paper? I know it increases lactobacili but those are good bacteria and they are present in curd anyway

      There are 5 Indriyas or Senses:
      Touch, Taste, Smell, Vision and Hearing.
      Beindriya = Two Senses = Those with Touch and Taste only.
      Like Earthworms, Snails, etc.
      Apart from these there are micro organisms that can either be seen with a microscope and there are others which can't be seen at all.
      Jainism believes there are no Jeev present in curds but a large number of them are produced when mixed with Dal-Dalhan-Lentils.
      The video also shows their visuals in microscope.

    यदि हररोज नया दही बनाए तो जीव नहीं होते हैं अर्थात शाम को दुध हल्का गर्म करके उसमें केवल हरी मिर्ची की डंडी डाल कर या बदाम दही बनाए ना की पुराना दही और 24 घंटे से पहले पुरा दही उपयोग लिया जाना चाहिए और दही जितना खट्टा होगा उतनें ही दही में अधिक जीव होते हैं .

    महर्षि वागभट्ट द्वारा रचित अष्ठांग हृदयम (आर्युवेद) में उल्लेखित है कि द्विदल के साथ दही खाने पर हृदय रोग होते है । दालो के साथ दही खाना वर्जित है । यदि खाना ही पड़े तो दही की प्रकृति को बदलना पड़ता है।

      Milk once boiled is not kachcha. As far as Dweedal is concerned, there's no need to boil it again.

      Shwetambar Murti Pujak Parampara's belief is little different and that's explained in this video.
      It believes Dweedal is any Dal or Dalhan mixed with milk or curds if they are not boiled. There's no role of human saliva.

      इसलिए कम से कम पानी में नहाने को बताया जाता है, इसलिए साफ़ सफाई इस तरह से करनी कि पहले से ही सावधानी रखी जाए कि जीव जंतु पैदा ना हो और यदि पैदा हो तो उन्हें सुरक्षित ऐसे स्थान पर रखा जाए जिससे उनका जीवन हमारे कारण बेवजह नष्ट ना हो, रास्ते पर नीचे देखकर चलने को कहा गया है जिससे चींटी भी हमारे कारण मरे नहीं, जितनी हो सके सावधानी हर बात पर रखने को कहा गया है, लेकिन आहार भक्षण का सीधा असर मन पर पड़ता है इसलिए आहार भक्षण में अधिक सावधानी रखने को कहा गया है.. बाकी सब चीज़ों में सीधा असर मन पर नहीं पड़ता.. 🙏🏻

      ऐसा कोई एकांत नियम नहीं है।
      गलती से द्वीदल का दोष ना लग जाए इसलिए सामान्य से कच्चा दूध या दही वहोरते नहीं है।
      कोई बीमारी में वैद्य की सलाह हो, या अन्य विशेष कारण से यदि आवश्यकता हो तो विशेष सावधानी पूर्वक वहोर सकते है इसलिए हम विनंती कर सकते है।

    Green Chutney:
    Most of them add curd to the green chutney which is kept on every table with pickles.
    2. Tikkas
    The paneer cubes and vegetables are marinated/coated with curds mixed with besan and spices.

    How come curd is without bacteria?? With addition of proteins, Bactria would grow faster and mightier. Otherwise also, bacteria’s existing in most of moist eatable items and too many in curd.

    जिस दही में बूंदी या बेसन मिला रहें हैँ अगर वो packed दही है,,,, तो वो pasteurized milk से ही बनी होतो है,,,,,, तो फिर द्विदल तो नहीं हुआ ना

    कच्चे हो या गर्म दोनों ही दही दूध छाछ सभी के साथ दालें खाने लायक नहीं होती है इन दोनों के साथ मुंह की लार मिलने पर तुरन्त ही त्रस जीव उत्पन्न हो जाते हैं

    This is called andhashradha.. there is something called good bacteria and bad bacteria... Humans guts is colony of good bacteria and good bacteria.

    In summer during dhaja prasang I have seen using Ice in chash as well in juice. Why not you are making on use if ice which is also abhaxya? Pahele swamivatsaly me 5 chij hi banti thi . Laddu val dal chaval or fulavdi. Actually all maharaj should stop all trustees and sangh to make so many things.

    Dahi curd yoghurt is all made of Bacteria, which are beneficial to our stomach.

    Dahi curd yoghurt is all made of Bacteria, which are beneficial to our stomach.

    Dahi Bina jivo ki thi ? Dahi bacterial growth se banti hai bhai sahab. Jivo ke bina kaise hogi wo? 😂 Aur wo bhi lab me bina jivo ki paayi gai. Ye kounsa science hai. Kounsa machine tha ye jisme dahi bina jivo ki thi? 😂

    Dahi/ curd already has bacteria. That is how curd is made from milk. The bacteria curdles milk.
