Awesome Video I had heard about dwidal. But my information was limited to that of mixing of Dal and Curd. I didn't knew that even farsan made from Dal or flour cannot be mixed with raw curd. Never knew that raw milk also creates Dwidal. Your video helped me understand that any item whose original source is Dal should not be mixed with raw curd or milk. It is specific to milk and curd made of milk only. If you are not mixing curd while making curd from peanut or coconut milk, then no worries. If you are mixing the regular curds with peanut or coconut or soya milk for setting them, then you need to boil the peanut or coconut curd also.

How come curd is without bacteria?? With addition of proteins, Bactria would grow faster and mightier. Otherwise also, bacteria’s existing in most of moist eatable items and too many in curd.
It depends on what ingredients would you mix for setting curd from the coconut milk? Assuming you would add curd made from cow or buffalo milk into coconut milk for setting it, then the resultant curd must be boiled.

How come curd is without bacteria?? With addition of proteins, Bactria would grow faster and mightier. Otherwise also, bacteria’s existing in most of moist eatable items and too many in curd.

It depends on what ingredients would you mix for setting curd from the coconut milk?
Assuming you would add curd made from cow or buffalo milk into coconut milk for setting it, then the resultant curd must be boiled.
