Belonging: our Black History Month exhibition

Belonging is our Black History Month exhibition which features serving and retired staff of Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.
Firefighters and support staff, they all serve our communities in different ways and keep people safe.
Why are we doing this?
As part of Black History Month in October, we wanted to celebrate our Black staff and the contribution they make to keep Nottinghamshire safe every day.
Black and minority ethnic people continue to be underrepresented within the fire and rescue service, and we hope these portraits inspire others to consider a career with us.
