Wallows lyrics are truly built different. I have listened to the exclusives but I definitely have to listen more to have a solid opinion! Maybe we can share this in a future video!! As for Taylor….. definitely writing that down

I agree with a lot of your points! I was the most disappointed on the depth in the lyrics cause that's one of my favorite things about their songs. This album had to grow on me. I think it's their most mature sound wise but immature lyric wise. Although the songs 'Your Apartment', ''A Warning', and 'Bad Dream' hold the most significance to me in this album cause2 of the songs came out right as I was dealing with a situation very similar to what they wrote about. with Model and Tell Me That It’s Over, i feel like they’ve been really experimental since Nothing Happens. i really didnt like Tell Me That It’s Over since it was so different from Nothing Happens in my opinion but its grown on me lately. Model is a little similar to Tell Me That It’s Over since it’s so experimental and different from Nothing Happens. i loveeee Nothing Happens a lot, i think it’ll always be a top for me. i still love Model tho!!! i really think that they’re straying from their sound from Nothing Happens and their Spring EP, Dylan said that this is the favorite album he has put out. I don’t know if we’ll get something like Nothing Happens or Spring EP again.
I like they I can hear a blend of all their previous albums/works in model but I wish there was a stronger tie ESPECIALLY in lyrics. Like yeah they aren’t coming of age anymore but there’s plenty of deep things they can sing about! I’m okay with them making something that SOUNDS like model but I want more depth and energy in the future!! They give it SO well on stage I would just love to hear that in the recording more

i hated this album until i got my vinyl preorder and it just clicked for me, like the album, the promo, the tour everything just suddenly worked for me, and now it's probably my favourite wallows release (remote second, argue with the wall)
