The insensitivity to dust mentioned is in regard to the measurement, not the catalyst. Also, a too high temperature will burn ammonia on the cat and produce more NOx. The measurement system though is ingenious, cooled and purged. Great.
Please use pressurized steam mixt with the fuel (ammonia) instead as a catalyst. It is a super conductor for eat and promotes the oxygen combustion. No NOX will come out of it if sufficient oxygen and water steam is involved.
At 4:48 of the video you will find all components with part numbers. In case you need other cables we recommend to check the accessories list at the handheld scanner www.sick.com/6080738 and the Connection Device CDF600 www.sick.com/1062460 for up-to-date part numbers.
Thank you so much sir good video.. I need your help, I m facing problem with sick MG32, There showing Failure and Maintenance required and I have disturbed the Alignment too..

The SCR system is not manufactured by SICK. An average investment period for an SCR is 10 years. Our product is the in-situ gas analyzer GM32. This is the bypass that measures NOx and is used in combination with our products GM700 (measures NH3) and FLOWSIC100 (measures flow) to achieve optimal control of the SCR process. With good maintenance, our system will run at least as long as the whole SCR system.

HI, Can I ask a question?
Where is NH3 injected into the system?
Typically the catalyst used in the SCR is vanadium or tungsten.
NH3 is usually injected from where the exhaust gas enters the system.

How much is the time delay to adjust the ammonia slip..
For the NOx measurement the response time is approx. 9 seconds.
Can I ask how many years a SCR can last usually?

@@SICKSensors Thank you so much...A SCR 's average longevity is only 10 years. Now I understand
You are welcome!
which catalyst is used as scr catalyst?
Hi, the SCR uses NH3 for conversion of NOx. I hope this answers your question.
Hello sir.Are you interested in Scr catalyst?
You're SICK!
