its not uncommon for people with eating disorders/poor physical health to just, not have periods. if the body decides that it isnt healthy enough to have a baby, it wont let you. i know she sees doctors for some of her mental health issues, so im sure this came up and has been addressed. though the severe month long pain is more concerning than the no periods. sounds like maybe an ovarian cyst

She used to be frightfully underweight years ago before she started streaming. I figure that really messed up her hormone levels, and it appears to me at least that her body never fully recovered. And I don't expect her current medication is helping in this regard either. They keep her sane but they do come with very annoying side effects. Presumably she's had plenty of opportunities to ask a doctor about it. At least I hope so.

technically its not concerning on its own. any woman with less than 10% body fat wont have a period so youll see it a lot in high level female athletes, who are obviously quite healthy. what makes it concerning is that im pretty sure shondo doesnt work out so shes probably malnourished
@educatedfool5121 yea vegetarians do unfortunately have I higher rate of malnourishment. A lot of people jump into it without realizing there are a lot of key micronutrients they need to keep track of on a restricted diet and that the overall volume consumed needs to be higher to get enough calories.
Damn shondo is 1 of those people that im glad she is streaming, so she can help her family with the money because also medication here in England is not "FREE" tho it must feel like sh*t taking all that medication.Tho the weight and skinny things is a little concerning and hopefully she can put alot of weight back on in the future

I thought it was more common knowledge but she had a severe anorexia phase. She's doing better nowadays but the hormone and nutrition disorders that are caused by it probably still affect her
