Awesome tips Prix. I completely agree with you: there's a huge difference between understanding native speakers in a classroom and in the real world. I like your point about not ONLY watching ESL youtube videos. I always recommend watching unscripted videos like interviews (stuff where people are truly speaking English, not just acting and reading a script) because that's how people really use English in the real world. . This is the first video I've seen from you, I subscribed and I'll check out more of your stuff :). 👍👍👍

I understand 95% of this teaching but just 5% hollywood english. Native speaker speak to fast like machine. Very very difficult to understand.

Concordo com tudo que você disse. Existem diversos sotaques. Muitos países de língua inglesa. Milhares de professores. Centenas de assuntos diferentes. Muitos e muitas palestras. Então devemos mesmo entrar mais a fundo no idioma e parar de acreditar que vai aprender do dia para a noite. Parabéns para mim ficou ótimo. 👍💙

Hello teacher. Thanks a lot for sharing. I agree with you. We spend a lot of time for watching videos about how to learn English and we forget to improve our skills and abilities via another videos which will be quite difficult for us when we start to watch and listen them firstly. We should follow up your recommendations. Thanks again. Have a wonderful day.

When a foreigner approches English language main problem is their way of speak ie accent of the nattive. Most of them resorts to simple sentences uses contineously to make it as a flaw .But its so simple for who know english well while listen english speach of a native.Your teaching skill is excellent.

Great Video Teacher Prix. Your comments and indications show your integrity and honesty as a person and an English teacher. And it is the most important to me. It`s life in our real-world... with native speakers or foreign people. It also happens when you go to live in another city in your own country. See you!

What I think is that native speakers are totally different from books and teachers since they speak so slow and then we get used to with their speaking (people ln real life don't speak like that). To be honest, nobody speaks like in books even in other languages. I learned that is a huge difference between media for native speakers and the one for learners. We need to cross that line.
I can tell you that because I've been learning French and it also happens to me in this language and in portuguese, too.

😃 Exactly what I had thought, that's the only way to learn any language 😊 I liked what the teacher said, I like how she explain things, I just subscribed, and turned on the notifications 😀
By the way, that's the way I'm learning English now, since two months ago so so, and it's working. My native language is Spanish. Greetings to the teacher 😘
