This thing needs a conveyor with little buckets for each bag. One peddle moves it one bag over. Make it long enough and you could have them just fall onto a table once hydrated.
iam from europe and have no acces to soy hull's i think the way this bagger works is that it fills the valve equally and you can only make substrate that is 50% of one and 50% of the other ? is that correct ? if so ... anny suggestions on what elsei can use instead of soy hull's that can be done 50/50
Hi Eric, that's for sharing semi automatic bagging machine. I have watched your video very interesting and useful. I have a doubt about this packing. Does the machine work with sawdust or soyabean in powder form. Another doubt does the machine can be adjustable for various weight ratio. Please let me know. Can you also share on DIY on making own breathable mushroom substrate or spawn bags. Thank you much appreciated.
I'm going to be inquiring about a valve soon. MYERS when are we to expect some in person classes? Started a business during the lockdown and I want to get dialed in asap
I be glad to buy only the valve, it's a good option for people like me living in EU, the tax and shipping cost could become affordable, do you plan on doing oversea markets ?
do you have acces to soy bean hull's ? Im from europe too but i have zero acces to soy hull's it seems like the way his bagger is designed that you need to use 50/50 like most americans do they use 50% soy hull's and 50% pellets if you dont have acces to soy hull's like me then iam very interested what your idea's and plans are to use his valve system

I love seeing the updates, been great following you as you master the craft.
Could you use this for grain if you wanted too.

Keep killing it bro i hope to have a setup like yours one day💪
Would be awesome if you could come out with a new video on your updated grain procedures!! Looking for a good dry weight bagging method!
I have another video on that, look for myersmushrooms spawn bagger
A bag dispenser on the side of the hopper would be nice.
brilliant 👍👍👍
Hell of a nice wet bagging system... better then Thor ...LOL for 2g's

Nice job.
The most notable thing they changed was adding about 5 or 6 grand to the price tag
Awesome!!

its for fuel pellets and pelletized substrate. I run soybean hull and oak fuel pellets. Its fully adjustable on both ingredients.
Can you ship to Perth Western Australia? Very keen.
Great tool! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hi. So once you mix it all with water you let the bags soak overnight? Same like in one of your videos where you soaked inside a bucket?
No they swell within a minute or two
How does the hopper get refilled?

Hey mr Myers I wanted to order your batch mixer for substrate how long will it take to ship to CA thank you
Hey shoot me an email at MyersMushrooms@gmail.com
Why is the substrate so watery??
It's still hydrating. When it comes out the sterilizer, it's perfect
@@MyersMushroomsFarms could you tell me the water ingredients ratio?
