My chicken salad = Rotisserie cooked chicken (chopped but not fine, also use some of the golden skin), Dukes mayo, regular yellow mustard, pickle juice, pepper, diced red onion, purple grapes split in half. I either use a toasted croissant or toasted kings hawaiian hamburger bun.
The Sassy Scotty from there is great. Ranch, bacon and cheddar chicken salad. Get it by the scoop or in a container and make your own sandwich. Definitely better than then the sandwiches they make.

I know what I want my chicken salad to taste like, and just adding salt and pepper with the mayo won't get it done. Since I know I boil chicken breasts and thighs in slightly salted water ,since I know I want celery, onion, red bell pepper, Best Foods mayo, and chopped sweet pickles, I make my own.
