A good survival mobile game I found is "Mini DayZ". It's a mobile version BASED on the pc game (DayZ) and I found it's really good. It's free to play and don't have ads. Also, Mini DayZ 2 is being developed and will probably be released soon. If you haven't tried it yet, give it a shot! Graphics are really lower than some os the games of the video, but I liked the difficult and learning curve vs the reward and feeling of progression.
