You do not need a temporary drivers license It was my first time driving on the left side. If I can do you, I know you can do it!
This was a nice drive. Even after 15 minutes, I don't know if I would have the hang of driving on the opposite side of the road. I would definitely turn on the windshield wipers instead of the turn signal 🤣🤣🤣. No traffic lights?! Yikes! We'll have to check out Graceway when we visit. Great footage as usual!
Thank you! First of all, I sat in the car for 45 minutes before I could pull off. Second, I devised a plan to just follow the car ahead of me 😂 that got me comfortable enough and before you knew it, I was zipping all around that island 😂 I actually found it easier than driving on the right side - especially when it came to the roundabouts - much easier.
Me preparing myself for a solo trip 😂😅😅😅 you made me feel much better!
You got this! trust me! 🥰
Love the turks! Paradise
It really is!
Such a beautiful video, and such a beautiful place, I have been doing some research on the Country and I am preparing to relocate there. This video certainly helps me in getting closer to that goal
Thank you so much for sharing I love it.
Thank you! Sending you an early congratulations on your move! I'm happy you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the information🙏
You're welcome 😊
This was such a beautiful drive, it looks so peaceful. I'd probably have to get adjusted to driving on the left.
Yes, the left side driving took some getting used to but in the end was better and easier than the way we drive
Beautiful scenic view
Thanks Lavish!! 🥰
Here to check in for another update. Keep up the good work you always do here. Looking forward to the next one. Posted on Reddit!
Thanks so much! I appreciate you! And thank you for all that you do for the community! I hope you’re doing very well!
Did you use the car GPS? Or your phone? If so was it easy to follow? I'm visiting in April, solo trip. I think having a rental will make me feel a tab bit safer, and I can maneuver throughout the island on my own time.
Hello April! I went solo too - twice! the car didn't have gps, I used my phone's gps, Waze didn't work so I used maps and google maps which worked perfectly - even in the very remote areas of the island. You're going to have a great time! Also, I've stayed at several of the properties on the island so let me know if you have any questions about stays.TIP: Be sure to go to Sapodilla Beach and Taylor Beach!
I notice that not all cars have registration plates at the front and some have none at all. What's up with that?
