😢 very sorry to hear, AJ. this happened to me in 2016, except I was pillion passenger. I've had a residual pain issue since then, which has taken a lot of mucking around to treat in Aus. Motorbikes are no joke when you have an accident.
I'm just so glad I was going kind of slow and wearing ally armour. Apart from minor cuts and abrasion I have one deep cut on my leg from when it bent the gear shift lever 180 degrees.
Yeah, the dog was hiding from me, then suddenly ran onto the road. I had no time to think or even use the brakes before I hit it. I'm going to go a bit slower on the highways through the villages from now on.

Hi, yeah my left leg is getting slightly better already! It had a big gouge taking muscles out from the gear shifter.

Which town hospital you at?
It was Malabuyoc district hospital. I was only there for 2 hours, getting about 1 hour of treatment.

I'm getting slightly better, but still can't walk due to the deep gouge in my left leg. Maybe in two weeks I'll be able to walk again.
