Enjoyed both shows. But I still found the adventures show a tad bit annoying at times. I’m mainly annoyed at how it never had a plot. And the gags and disguises could get boring at times but still found the show decent at best

Just finished Sonic X after watching it back in Janurary, it was pretty good, especially the adaptation of the first two Adventures series games since I never played them before.
I liked Sonic Boom. The random 4th wall breaks and the writers making fun of the Sonamy ship in both the 4th wall breaks and the fact that almost every character knew there was something going on between them
Chris is ok, he’s not that bad, there are no such thing as bad characters, just bad writers. Season 3 Chris is the best version plus the Japanese version is better 4kids take on Chris.
Sometime i wonder why change the character and the original content (or cut it completely) that it .awesome me wish we get a redub of the series with the cit content from the original Japanese version (like they did with Sailor Moon Viz dub)

I actually liked Chris Thorndyke’s character and felt that his setting of being a kid who sometimes feels lonely due to his parents not being around all the time was pretty interesting Sure, it could have been given a little more depth and could have shown more times throughout the series how deeply it hurt Chris I also enjoyed a majority of the main humans like Grandpa Thorndyke, Ella and Mr. Tanaka That said I understand why not everyone is a fan Since many episodes gave the humans more attention than some of the sonic characters without giving them depth Still they were fun for what they were

Sonic Boom is my favorite without question. The comedy in that show was unparalleled, and I love the character dynamics. I’m also quite nostalgic for that show.
I really like Sonic Underground, but my one big issue is it was never finished. I hate when shows aren't finished. What's worse is I don't even know what was planned! There were supposedly 60 episodes planned, but I saw a website list a second season, with both seasons having 40 episodes each, and the second season was supposed to introduce characters like Tails and Sally... and as much as I like the show, I struggle with just the IDEA of watching it, knowing it wasn't finished!

I like all the Sonic the Hedgehog cartoons in their own ways, honestly. Even Underground; I like the songs from that one actually, of course they’re “about lessons” but that just gives the lyrics a variety of different things to talk about, instead of just being about cliché lyrical topics like romance or petty drama. I found Manic and Sleet to be cool too, though missed a bit of potential with their personality setups I admit. I like Adventures for the RUclips Poop potential(I’m commenting through a YTP channel after all) and the fun, SatAM for its boldness and overall quality(though I haven’t watched that one much yet), X for its game accuracy, Boom for its humor, and Prime for its visuals and characterization. I’m glad there’s so much variety with all these shows; experimentation is how pretty much all Sonic media goes, so it makes sense to have several throughout the years that all fit different tastes! I do agree with the video in a lot of parts still. And didn’t know about the SatAM fan-sequel until now, I gotta check that out!

As a kid, there was a video/book store near my house (still exists to this day), and the first thing I would always do when going in there was see if they had any episodes of the show I didn't already have :)

Created outta thin air, huh? If I'm not mistaking, there's a dialogue option at the end of Unleashed where the player can have Sonic promise to go out with Amy or something like that. Now, we don't actually see this date in unleashed, I believe, but I'm fairly certain it's heavily implied that Sonic was supposed to be on a date with Amy in Sonic and the black knight (before being warped away ), which might be the date from unleashed. While Sonic doesn't look to into it, if I remember correctly, the Sonic and Amy pair up in Sonic Advance 3 is called "Lovely couple". I seem to remember sonamy being implied throughout Sonic X (despite playing up the usual sonic wants to get away from amy joke that was common in the series at that time ) In the sonic RPG game (can't remember it's name at the moment ) the player can once again choose to have Sonic more or less admit his own feelings to Amy from what I remember. I haven't watched to much of the show myself, but from clips I've seen SonAmy seems to be heavily implied in the Sonic Boom cartoon. I've never played Sonic 06, but isn't there a mission in that game where Amy's literally called an old love while Elise is called a new love or something? Finally, I think during one of the twitter takeovers "sonic" basically admits to liking Amy and is just shy about it. Sonic X has to be my favorite out of the all the cartoons for Sonic The Hedgehog. I like the design of the characters, such as Knuckles especially, and the stories of each episode is very well done. Its definitely got plenty of nostalgia to go by.🦔🦊🥊🖥
Same If I were to recommend Sonic to anyone I'd tell them to watch this first. as it's one of the only one who has all characters in my opion in their natural form not sure which one came first but watching Sonic X before Sonic boom will give anyone a good feel for who sonic is along with the other characters and who Knucles should really be.
I was surprised to see Sonic X at number 3 but oh well. I love that show, I would wake up every Saturday morning and watch it. I also loved sonic boom especially Lady Walrus.
I wasn't a big Sonic the Hedgehog fan as a kid just cause it was one of the shows that I never gave a chance. As an adult, I can say that Sonic Prime, despite only having 8 episodes right now, is my favorite. I've watched Sonic Boom, but it just wasn't for me. I can, however understand why so many people like it.

Sonic SatAM and Sonic Underground are two cartoons that got me familiar with Sonic. I even named my two rats as Sonic and Sonia. The next entry was Sonic and Knuckles game that made addicted to any Sonic content (I finished only Knuckles part, and had to return the cartridge). And when I played SA2, my head was blown away by epicness of this character.

Cool to see that *"Sonic X"* is positioned in the Bronze Placement knowing that it still got some Appreciation despite that it has so much Negativity over the Years, but I really wish it had a proper Re-Dub to replace the Poorly made 4Kids Dub, even though the Cast was so Iconic they still felt very Miscasted choices, the only Voice Actors that were Justice are Jason Griffith, Dan Green and Mike Pollock where as he gets to become a Mainstay as the Voice of Eggman to this very Day. Edit: Not to mention by also removing the Censorship to restore the Show's original Japanese Content, as well removing the annoying Trumpet Music that keeps playing every 3 Seconds.
I watched Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog online, and found it quite hilarious. However, what ruins it for me is "doing the same thing over and over, changing little about it, and expecting different results". Sonic Underground might not have had Tails in it, but it did introduce Knuckles the Echnida. However, if it got a proper ending that also tied it to Sonic Satam (in Sonic Satam Robotnik had one of his arms roboticized, which he had throughout Sonic Underground), it would have received more praise and less hatred than it did initially. Sonic X started on Mobius, but an explosion in Eggman's base sent everyone in the area to our world, where they lived until it was time for them to return home. And this is where a lot of popular Sonic ships originated from. The series also adapted Sonic Adventure 1 and 2.
AoSTH being the worst is such a hot take. Don't know why Underground isn't there. Also no way that Season 1 Prime is higher than X 😭people need to start watching the Japanese version of X tbh.

Chris is ok, he’s not that bad, there are no such thing as bad characters, just bad writers. Season 3 Chris is the best version plus the Japanese version is better 4kids take on Chris.
Sometime i wonder why change the character and the original content (or cut it completely) that it .awesome me wish we get a redub of the series with the cit content from the original Japanese version (like they did with Sailor Moon Viz dub)

I actually liked Chris Thorndyke’s character and felt that his setting of being a kid who sometimes feels lonely due to his parents not being around all the time was pretty interesting
Sure, it could have been given a little more depth and could have shown more times throughout the series how deeply it hurt Chris
I also enjoyed a majority of the main humans like Grandpa Thorndyke, Ella and Mr. Tanaka
That said I understand why not everyone is a fan
Since many episodes gave the humans more attention than some of the sonic characters without giving them depth

Sonic Boom is my favorite without question.
The comedy in that show was unparalleled, and I love the character dynamics. I’m also quite nostalgic for that show.
I really like Sonic Underground, but my one big issue is it was never finished. I hate when shows aren't finished. What's worse is I don't even know what was planned! There were supposedly 60 episodes planned, but I saw a website list a second season, with both seasons having 40 episodes each, and the second season was supposed to introduce characters like Tails and Sally... and as much as I like the show, I struggle with just the IDEA of watching it, knowing it wasn't finished!

I like all the Sonic the Hedgehog cartoons in their own ways, honestly. Even Underground; I like the songs from that one actually, of course they’re “about lessons” but that just gives the lyrics a variety of different things to talk about, instead of just being about cliché lyrical topics like romance or petty drama. I found Manic and Sleet to be cool too, though missed a bit of potential with their personality setups I admit.
I like Adventures for the RUclips Poop potential(I’m commenting through a YTP channel after all) and the fun, SatAM for its boldness and overall quality(though I haven’t watched that one much yet), X for its game accuracy, Boom for its humor, and Prime for its visuals and characterization.
I’m glad there’s so much variety with all these shows; experimentation is how pretty much all Sonic media goes, so it makes sense to have several throughout the years that all fit different tastes!
I do agree with the video in a lot of parts still. And didn’t know about the SatAM fan-sequel until now, I gotta check that out!
Prime, Sonic X, and Boom are definitely my personal favorites, also Sticks is the best Boom character nothing can change my mind

You are completely entitled to your opinion my friend :) I have a soft spot for AOSTH since I also grew up with it. As a kid, there was a video/book store near my house (still exists to this day), and the first thing I would always do when going in there was see if they had any episodes of the show I didn't already have :)

To make matters worse, Amy is 3 years younger than Sonic.
Created outta thin air, huh? If I'm not mistaking, there's a dialogue option at the end of Unleashed where the player can have Sonic promise to go out with Amy or something like that. Now, we don't actually see this date in unleashed, I believe, but I'm fairly certain it's heavily implied that Sonic was supposed to be on a date with Amy in Sonic and the black knight (before being warped away ), which might be the date from unleashed. While Sonic doesn't look to into it, if I remember correctly, the Sonic and Amy pair up in Sonic Advance 3 is called "Lovely couple". I seem to remember sonamy being implied throughout Sonic X (despite playing up the usual sonic wants to get away from amy joke that was common in the series at that time ) In the sonic RPG game (can't remember it's name at the moment ) the player can once again choose to have Sonic more or less admit his own feelings to Amy from what I remember. I haven't watched to much of the show myself, but from clips I've seen SonAmy seems to be heavily implied in the Sonic Boom cartoon. I've never played Sonic 06, but isn't there a mission in that game where Amy's literally called an old love while Elise is called a new love or something? Finally, I think during one of the twitter takeovers "sonic" basically admits to liking Amy and is just shy about it.
Basically, I don't think I agree with the notion that SonAmy was created outta thin air by the fanbase. At least if my memory is correct, there seems to be plenty of examples, both canon and non-canon, of the ship being mutual.

Sonic X has to be my favorite out of the all the cartoons for Sonic The Hedgehog. I like the design of the characters, such as Knuckles especially, and the stories of each episode is very well done. Its definitely got plenty of nostalgia to go by.🦔🦊🥊🖥

If I were to recommend Sonic to anyone I'd tell them to watch this first. as it's one of the only one who has all characters in my opion in their natural form not sure which one came first but watching Sonic X before Sonic boom will give anyone a good feel for who sonic is along with the other characters and who Knucles should really be.

I wasn't a big Sonic the Hedgehog fan as a kid just cause it was one of the shows that I never gave a chance. As an adult, I can say that Sonic Prime, despite only having 8 episodes right now, is my favorite. I've watched Sonic Boom, but it just wasn't for me. I can, however understand why so many people like it.
I love Sonic Prime, too. And I also think Boom is not the best. I’ll admit it had a lot of good episodes, but also a lot of episodes that sucked.

Sonic SatAM and Sonic Underground are two cartoons that got me familiar with Sonic. I even named my two rats as Sonic and Sonia. The next entry was Sonic and Knuckles game that made addicted to any Sonic content (I finished only Knuckles part, and had to return the cartridge). And when I played SA2, my head was blown away by epicness of this character.

That joke actually could've worked! All they would need to change is have the bad guy not believe Sonic and attempt to attack him, only to find out it's an afterimage, then Sonic attacks him from the direction he pointed too. He could then comment saying "Hey, I gave him a fair warning."

I grew up watching Sonic Underground, only to learn that it got CANCELLED! IF their is one thing good shows from the 2000s have in-common(especially Cartoons), it is that they end way too soon😔

Cool to see that *"Sonic X"* is positioned in the Bronze Placement knowing that it still got some Appreciation despite that it has so much Negativity over the Years, but I really wish it had a proper Re-Dub to replace the Poorly made 4Kids Dub, even though the Cast was so Iconic they still felt very Miscasted choices, the only Voice Actors that were Justice are Jason Griffith, Dan Green and Mike Pollock where as he gets to become a Mainstay as the Voice of Eggman to this very Day.
Edit: Not to mention by also removing the Censorship to restore the Show's original Japanese Content, as well removing the annoying Trumpet Music that keeps playing every 3 Seconds.

I watched Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog online, and found it quite hilarious. However, what ruins it for me is "doing the same thing over and over, changing little about it, and expecting different results".
Sonic Underground might not have had Tails in it, but it did introduce Knuckles the Echnida. However, if it got a proper ending that also tied it to Sonic Satam (in Sonic Satam Robotnik had one of his arms roboticized, which he had throughout Sonic Underground), it would have received more praise and less hatred than it did initially.
Sonic X started on Mobius, but an explosion in Eggman's base sent everyone in the area to our world, where they lived until it was time for them to return home. And this is where a lot of popular Sonic ships originated from. The series also adapted Sonic Adventure 1 and 2.
