- Adam, Shebs and I set out on a long 5 mile slog. The prior day, I had buggered up my ankle and I had to abort the mission. Adam has a new PB brookie here at 17". The guys catch a small gaggle of brook trout ranging from 6" to 17". Shebs lands a 14" rainbow. Day two will put Adam and I in the guide boat and Shebs solo on another inland exploration! Happy fishing!!

Monster brookie !!! Sux about your ankle dude . If you roll them enough times like I did, then you don’t have to worry about it anymore lol

Welcome Back to Canada. Hope your trip lands you some tight lines. Pretty sure you might have out fished the other fellows 🤣🤣
@@JasonHalliday-x2r Adam was the bigger winner this trip for sure. Happy fishing!
That is really frustrating with the Ankle. This kinda stuff always worries me when I plan a trip.
@@Cyro6 well one can only do what they can. It is healing up, I'll be ready for salmon season. Happy fishing!
Shebs has got to get better pictures of the shoreline vegetation especially where the big brook trout are caught. The big trout are by the native riparian zone trees which provide up to 80% of the food for the aquatic inhabitants in the stream. You are not old, but everyone has to be careful.
@@davidstakston1950 working on that. I have new cam for review and trial. That old Sony is a workhorse, but it's fading. He was off plane a bit. Happy fishing!
