Realized during editing that my camera was slightly off for the focus point.. But re-recording is very difficult without a script. So apologies for the slight blurriness now and then.
Over the moon that you covered this. I was so impressed by the first episode last week and had hoped you'd pick it to do a video on. Thank you for all the work you put into your videos, love your channel and content. Long time watcher, first time commenter from UK.
Doga Kobo is known for cute girls. Glad to see them delivering series after series (except that one that no one wants to mention...) I also love Jellyfish Can't Swim at Night, and Girls Band Cry also seems to be not bad (except it uses CG so some may not like that).
It was so nice to see this video pop up on my subscription page. I have been loving this series so far. The first two episodes were beautiful, and I have already gone back to rewatch them. I love that this series is focusing on dreams and goals, while also showing that sometimes, we need help and support from others to achieve our dreams/goals. I cannot wait to see where the series goes from here, and I LOVE that we cannot be spoiled on what happens next. Gotta love watching an original anime series :)
I guess music is another thing that Anime fans can relate to, especially those who were part of school bands back in the day and this series can become nostalgic for the fans.
When it comes to internet, I just wanted to enjoy my hobbies because back in the 80s and 90s I had no references to research my interest in Japanese entertainment because the TV was all Hollywood focused and local media too. I was fed up with all the "Australian Content, British Content, American Content" and wanted to delve into the cartoons I enjoyed from Japan without all the BS I was getting from Western content that was censoring what I wanted to see.
Super promising show although it's making me a bit anxious as its hitting a bit close to home for me. Still, the visuals are amazing and the characters aren't tropey/half baked so far. And I agree, episode 1 was pretty magic. Second is slightly less but I'm excited to see what's next!
Yes! I'm so glad you watched this. The visuals are stunning and the character dynamics are so fun and cute. I'm excited to see where it goes, the new girl seemed kind of lackluster compared to the main 2.
Agreed it is good. Talk about tonari no yokai san & a condition called love(if you actually understand this one. I doubt you will. Guys have very shallow outlook to everything)
@@otakuspirit Just how I enjoy low-quality Isekais despite knowing they're trash, nothing about this Jellyfish grips me despite me being able to tell it's very well-made. Quality does not equal interest.
Yes, this pretty and well animated, but would you believe that I commented it's "too well animated"? In a few scenes I felt the camera moved a bit too much just to how it could, and I hope as te budget is spent it'll move less. That being said, I'm disappointed. First episode didn't leave me with a good impression about the characters and episode two didn't helped. If this is an attempt of trying to catch a bit of Bocchi's success is a failure, because IMO Bocchi succeeded mostly the characters were charismatic, and their feelings relatable. This here isn't. Well, going to sleep, be back tomorrow to watch the video.

is this show dubed?

Thank you for your support! I kicked myself for not watching the premiere! First episode was jaw dropping. May cover it weekly!
Gushing over Musical Girls
That first episode wow-ed me. Definitely relatable too, not for the chasing fame or vitality, but the being afraid of what others think aspect

This is such a beautifully atmospheric and evocative anime. I love how it captures nighttime city lights vibes.
True true!
Please do cover this weekly. Shaping up to be a great show.
Would love to!
This show has blown me away so far. It's so good!

RUclipsr Replay Value did some good analysis of the direction of the first episode.

Im getting Sora Yori Tooi Basho vibe here, start slow but will end up going to be AOTS even AOTY contender
Haven't heard of this anime, but I'm convinced to start watching it by the stills you showed alone. The cinematography looks S TIER 🔥
It is indeed chef kiss! Lighting and perspective is golden.

I thought I'd hate Kim, but she grew on me. Definitely a dork.
@@otakuspirit Big dork for sure. I can't wait to meet the streamer friend
DK pulling out all the stops on this one to keep up the love going into Oshi no ko S2.
Shibuya looks amazing as always
Yea a story using a lot of social media is the last thing on earth I want to see haha.
I’m pleasantly surprised I am enjoying this and Ooi! Tonbo so far.

Watched the first episode. It was really good, but I didn't like it.
Really good but didn't like it?! hehe

The story is kind of boring to me. I'll give it a few more episodes to see if it grabs me. But I'm not going to say the show is bad. It's not.
Such is the fate of slice of life! Works or it doesnt sadly.
