Down-strokes are absolute garbage compared to up-strokes when massaging the top HALF of someone's back! Going upwards feels sooooo much better, and if you think about it...gravity perpetually pulls all things down, so pushing it all back up loosens & releases things!
Imagine you are in a room working on something. Then someone you don't know enters the room, sais the things you just said, but sais it about your work, and then immediately leaves again. Now, think again about how you would like to sentence your statement.
