Palak Gosht (Spinach with Mutton) Recipe
Ingredients
500g mutton (bone-in pieces)
700g fresh spinach (palak), washed and chopped
1 medium onions, finely sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2-3 green chilies, slit
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon kasmiri red Chili powder
Salt, to taste
4-5 tablespoons cooking oil
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Water, as needed
