Koonaz does her own voice thats why its halarious.

I never get tired of watching voice actors do their thing. Especially in a more casual setting like this.
Appreciating greatness which they do so effortlessly. This is how I would feel if I saw Steph Curry shooting a 3 irl, Kendrick Lamar on stage or Shawn Michaels performing live in the ring!!
Watch them do their thing yes, but end it at that. We don’t need to know every aspect of their personality or political beliefs.

@@WildHorizon is it possible, and I don't know either, but is it POSSIBLE they believed their friend who lied to them, for better or worse? If my close friend was accused of something like that, I would think I would hesitate for at least a moment thinking- no that's not the friend I know. He wouldn't do that would he? I'm a better judge of character than that... right? I doubt criminals are out there just saying oh hey since we're friends here's a list of crimes I committed so you're in the know. So you know- people can have misconceptions of the people they think they know.
If I discarded them immediately without hesitation... idk I feel that's unnatural- like people would struggle with a decision like that if there's any doubt. If you considered them a real friend anyway and you're not a bad person yourself who actually approves of heinous acts. I don't think someone defending something and then being proven wrong means they were implicit or approving of said behavior from the start- maybe they were conflicted and mistaken or tricked.
But people just paint this brush on anyone who wasn't a psychic about a situation- that didn't do the crime and may not have known the truth. If it had turned out he was framed and they turned on him, they would have been painted as bad people for abandoning a long time friend to save themselves. Not everything is so black and white and it's sad to see the internet so quick to label and discard people they don't even know... just in case so they don't get targeted as well maybe? Idk the whole thing feels off and kinda sad.

Who is Seth green
This is a phenomenon I've long been curious of but never heard anyone talk about. First noticed it as a kid watching older episodes of spongebob and fairy odd parents, and have seen it happen many times over the years.
I think it's kind of just a lesser form of flanderization tbh
Personally, I think it has something to do with them being more comfortable in their character. The more comfortable you get, the higher/lighter your voice gets
Meg went from sounding like Lacey Chabert to Mila Kunis.

The voice thing I’ve heard from a few voice actors saying that it’s because when you do a certain voice long enough you naturally adapt to it and sort of place it at a more natural high level. So you basically still do the impression without damaging your larynx.
Cool
Has nothing to do with protecting your larynx. When you're new to doing a voice, you're a lot more concious about staying consistent with your character, and when you're deeply focused, or paying real close attention to the way every word that comes out of your mouth sounds, you end up speaking a little slower, and maybe a little flatter. When you speak slower, it naturally sounds lower. Now that doing the voices have become 2nd nature, they no longer have to think about it, which allows them to just speak like a "normal" person would. Try it, Say something slow, and it'll sound lower. Say it faster, and it'll have a higher pitch.
Or just watch one of the first couple dozen episodes in 1.25x speed, and they'll sound like they do now, albeit a little flatter. Try one of their more recent episode in .75x speed, and they'll sound more like they originally did. (That's why meg sounds the exact same for the most part. Since Mila just uses her natural speaking voice, she's never had to think about how she sounds).
@@GusThePig This is absolutely spot on. Not only that, but theres probably a tech side to it like how people sound "grittier" if you listen to old vocal recordings or older shows/movies.
But 100%, if you compare old family guy to new family guy, Peter usually doesn't talk as energetically as he does in the new episodes.
They have been working together so long you can see the connection between them all, I love the entire cast of family, all phenomenal individuals.
Out of them, Seth Green has to be one of my all time favourite people, every time I see him or hear him, I know I'm going to be thoroughly entertained.
The more deserves more credit than he gets.
Every project he is in, he is just exceptional.
Man I was so surprised when his career took off, he was just some character on Buffy the Vampire Slayer then Robot Chicken/Family Guy blew up.
I've had the absolute pleasure of being able to meet Seth Green in person and he is as genuinely nice and funny as one can imagine. Getting his autograph was awesome, but seeing him and the rest of the cast perform in person was AMAZING!

Confidence over time changes consistency it’s so cool to see people actually talk about this. I’ve noticed it in so many cartoons growing up. Even when they replace the voice actor with other people. So interesting!
It's more like they think the "pitch" is changing when actually people artificially tense their neck or something which muffles overtones resonating in the "upper mask" (sinus pockets)
you see this when men sing in church. They all think they're bass when the most common tone for a man is a high baritone and very few men can get their overtones down to that pitch

Not Kevin Michael Richardson. His stays consistent always. That guy's just a next level talent.
Pitch changes when people feel safe/secure. Imagine being new to a place plus voice acting, everybody puts up a safety barrier just in case. Think about it, women have a higher pitch when they talk to a guy they like

This happened on Invader Zim because the voices were slightly pitch shifted after recording and the actors subconsciously started reaching for that post altered pitch so the filter on top kept shifting higher and higher

Strangely enough, Seth McFarlane's speaking voice is higher than it was 20 years ago, but I think he was just trying to emulate Sinatra back then.
at least as brian he definitely was, but i think the truth to seth's theory is just that they're all doing voices, and when you put on a voice you naturally pitch it down a bit but as you get comfortable with it it returns to standard pitch for a persons speaking voice, like all of the examples at this table, the newer voices don't sound abnormally high, but the old ones sound abnormally llw

The irony is that there's a medical phenomenon called presbyphonia which predicts that voices should get lower.

Seth Greens voice has changed the most hands down especially if you listen to him playing Chris in the most recent 1 or 2 seasons it’s not near as high pitched as it’s always been, it’s considerably lower now, it’s fine just different.
But ya Milas is the same without a doubt lmao
It's funny, hearing him in a different clip from the same video, Green sounds more nasal now but here he hits that Chris voice perfectly.

Alex Borstein is the best. From Mad TV, Family Guy and Marvelous Ms Maisel there are so few that have that kind of range.
Yeah I didn’t even know it was her the entire time I watched Mrs Maisel. The others you can hear their characters in their regular voice, but her I hadn’t put it together. Now that I know though, I can definitely hear it.

It’s getting more comfortable in the role, I’ve noticed the same thing in recording music, you find a voice and the longer you use it the easier it becomes to use in more comfortable ranges confidently

I’ve actually noticed this in a lot of cartoons and sitcoms; not only their voices get higher but the characters become more dumb or childish, too much of something that they were not at one point

It's because it's easier to do voices for a long time in a lower pitch. As you keep doing it, your vocal muscles get stronger and so you naturally talk higher since it's now easier to do. But that's just a theory...a fan theory!
