I'm not an eletronics pro, just a very interested amateur. Videos like this, which distract with music and have no commentary to explain why certain devices are used in a circuit (and the rationale behind their choice), are meaningless. A truly great instructional video is one that can enlighten dummies like me, not prove its creator's cleverness to those who know electronics. I do understand the uses of resistors, diodes, LEDs, etc., but you need to explain (through commentary) how the ones chosen work in this particular circuit. Please note, I'm not questioning your ability to create interesting stuff, just your ability to explain things.

Input voltage is 6.46v and output is about 3.6v. How is it (about 3v.drop)possible using a diode.

I was try this circuit & my battery explode, 1 diode can reduce voltage 0,4volt. If the input is 5volt, with 1 diode in series, output will be 4,6 volt.
I've burned 2 Li-On (for drone) battery with this diagram.. of course i recheck the connection after the first one blown, and it did it again for the second time. Any advice?
It is garbage, just buy a tp4057 charging protection circuit
@@aptube6754 no.. eventually i found out why. The hot & ground need to be reverses from the charger port.. since it's charging the electric flow goes vice versa.

bro..its very very slow..or it will charge battery only 10% ...
Yeh circuit battery ko only 10% se 30% hi charge karata hai..chahe isse mahine bhar ke liye hi laga lo....
Aagar isse 5v with 1Amp input denge, toh ye diode Aapake only 3.5v dega but 1amp nahi dega isse sirf 10mA se 100mA hi output milata hai..our 3.7v battery ko charge karane ke liye at least 4.2v hi jaruri hai..so aapako input 3.8 se 4.2 hi rakhana jaruri hai.
Bhai aap koi heavy diode use kar sakte ho fast charging ke liye

Use a usb portable charger . it will deliver 5V DC if you use a good wire or any charger that delivers 5V - 6 volt

For charging parallel 3.7v batteries you have to charge with the voltage needed by a single cell but you have to charge it for more time than an single cell .

its very simple and i already know this.
the aligator clips are charger.
lights indicates because of charger. Without charger it will not indicate.
...if charger removed, indicator will off, the flow from negative to led are ok but going back to positive is impossible because rectifier diode negative polarity blocks it and it can only enter positive charge.
which means indicator only indicates only for charging nothing more.
So he doesnt create any charger.. or any..... or something.
maybe the title must be "how to make a charger indicator"?
