Richard has been giving talks on non-duality since 2005 and has written four books about it, including the much-loved little classic ‘I Hope You Die Soon’. His fifth book, ‘Confessions of a Seeker’ is about his many years as a spiritual seeker but it also includes chapters on free will, consciousness and religion. It is sometimes extremely funny (one reader laughed so much she had to stop reading it in public places) and sometimes profoundly serious.

I understand, when you say you don't like to call it an experience because after you see you realise their is no-one to seek, find or even look, but up until that moment you do experience it as an individual. And the seeking somehow gets you there which makes no sense at all. I agree it cannot be described, what experience can. I also agree you have no control over the event or events leading up to that moment when the construct of you collapses. Thanks Richard.
