  • I made a really soft and moist egg sandwich.
The ingredients are simple, and the method is really easy.
Enjoy it as a snack, lunch, or brunch.
    [2~4 servings]
✤ Ingredients (measured by rice spoon)
    -4 sandwich bread
-6 large eggs (8 small eggs)
    -2tbsp of mayonnaise (convex)
    -1tbsp of sugar (flat)
    -3 pinches of salt
    -A little pepper
✤ When boiled eggs (measured by rice spoon)
    -1tbsp of vinegar
    -1tbsp salt
    ✤ TIP
-You can also grind eggs with white and yolk in a blender.

You know that thing where you think that something is a certain type of food and your brain builds up an expectation on how the food would taste like. When you eat it, you realized that this is not the food that you're thinking off and for a few seconds you don't know and hated the taste of this food, even if it's actually a type of food that you like but then you realized what the food is and everything is normal again.
Like for example, let's say you through you're drinking orange juice because it looks like orange juice but it's actually tea and when you drink it, you got confuse and hated the taste even if you like bith orange juice and tea. I wonder if there's a word fir that experience.

Egg salad sandwiches used to make me think of summer, or my mom and I making a bunch for our local parish for after a funeral, or of eating them in the community hall after a funeral of a distant family member. But now, all I can think of is my Mé Mère. She passed a few days before Christmas and I made some a few weeks before when I stayed with her to help for a bit, it was one of the last things I ate with her. She said it was delicious, I can imagine how impressed she'd be with this fluffy stuff.
    I think I'll make some tomorrow. :)

I added more salt and pepper and used Miracle Whip instead of mayo (that's what I had at home), and it turned out tasting like store bought egg salad sandwiches, plus I used homemade bread. The best egg sandwich ive ever had was at an Asian store in Montreal. It had strawberry jam on the bottom which sounds weird but oh my hot it was AMAZING. I’m pretty sure it was Korean based off the people cooking it in the backs language.

Question: If with the yolk and whites you are just smashing them and combining, why did you have to separate them???

    • @tonafirnges7971

As a vegetarian studying in Korea the egg sandwiches at the convenience stores not only were delicious but saved me so many times.
I have searched for forever for a similar recipe because it's made completely different and tastes different than how we make egg sandwiches in the U.S..
