I Always Go On Google And Search Coin Shows Near And Then The City Closes To You, That Should Help You Find At Least A Few Local Shows. Obviously It All Depends On How Far Away You Are From A City.

(The other in Centennial Colorado) Except for July & August, that very show takes place every month too. (which has more dealers after the winter) That's why some people call Syracuse "the silver city."

Where was this coin show taking place? I find the prices of the 1oz generic rounds and bars to be very high. I know these prices are in USD but I can buy Asahi 1oz rounds or bar at my local coin dealer for about 33$ CAD here in Toronto. Your showing me prices of 28.75$/oz for rounds. At 28.75$ USD converted into CAD that like 38$ CAD - 15% higher in price.
You have no idea how good that shop is…. Nothing even close to that shop here in Louisville, KY. The 2 local shops I have been to have only high priced collection coins ($200 and above for just rare 90% silver) and a few 1oz current mint silver coins.

It was in Central New York. The local shops have better deals but they are still high than I'd like. I tend to buy from jm bullion for the most part
