P.s. wire bending would be the route to go for jewelry, not very hard! And a beanie, depends on what type you are looking for, crochet might be the answer
Could you make a video about how to make different expressions on a fursuit head? i am currently struggling with this, so i thought that could be a good video for people who are making heads.
@@AdelaTomankova the trick is to add felt as the edges of the lips, and have them curve upwards from the mouth. this is so late but i hope this helps anyone!!

yes i know im 2 years late lo. idk if youve made tails yet, but if you havent think i can help you with that! tails are pretty easy! if you are making it one solid colour, cut out your shape twice, stitch them together inside out and then flip it the right way. but make sure to leave a gap and then stuff it with fluff. if you have more patters you do the same but just stick the patterns to it all to yor liking. finally, depending how you want it attached, you can sow 2 loops of fabric to make a belt loop, you can also use a safety pin or a (innaoropriate-ish) butt plug o.O
@@bean1596 oh my gosh! thank you! I've made 1 tail up to date, but have been busy with college now, but if I have the time, I'll make another! Thank you for the tips! :>
Wonderful tutorial! Thank you so much for taking the time to put this together, as well as revealing your process to the world. It's incredibly generous, and I intend on trying your method of patterning on my next two pairs of handpaws!
Maybe a video something simalar to this involving 5 fingers? I'd like to see how something like that would be done :) Also maybe different types of feet? Maybe some like Avian feet or something, I think that would be incredibly interesting to watch. Thanks for another great video! I love learning all I can from these. They really inspire me.
you should make a dutch angel dragon headbase! i have bought every item on your etsy shop and your templates seem to be the only ones that don't give me a hard time sizing and stuff
you're advice is always super helpful, can you give advice for a first timer trimming the fur? i feel like it's impossible for me to cut it smoothly and to the same level (I'm sorry if you've covered this and i missed that video) thanks 😊
After having tried handsewing and machine sewing, I'll have to say I agree; I don't like machine sewing and likely won't do it again. Although, is there a reason why you prefer to make the toebeans separate from the paw instead of sewing them into the fur and then cutting a small hole and stuffing them?
The other method is applique which I said I will cover, although I personally don't like it so much. I find it fiddly and easy to go wrong, as well as leaving the zipg zag stitching around the edge. This particular method is seamless in the sense that it goes directly from beans to fur. It can still be cut from the back and stuffed, which is probably what I would recommend after making a set where they were stuffed first.
Your videos are always well done and informative. Thank you so much! It has helped loads. I was wondering if you could do a future video explaining moving jaws on fursuit heads please?
This is so helpful, I'm planning to make a fursuit head, tail and paws! But with the part where you hand sewed, can I still use a machine one? Please say yes cuz I can't hand sew😒 but this was very helpful!
I liked the video I really did but when your sewing on the fingers do you think you could do a video on that or slow it down I didn't really get it thanks.
these paws are really cute! but what i always wonder with these tutorials is how does the stuffing stay in place? it's not like it's got its own little compartments
at the end when you stuff them. you dont say if you sew anything so it doesnt fall out, did you just put it in there and your hand just sits in the stuffing? or am i dumb haha great video! im probabky going to use this tutorial to make my own paws! :)
Where does the stuffing go, between the lining layer and the fur layer? Do you just shove it in there and it stays put? Thanks so much for the tutorial, it was incredibly helpful!!
One more thing i’ve been wondering cus i dont usually see it whats the side by side visual difference of a set of beans stuffed and then sewn on vs a set of beans sewed on and then stuffed possibly ?
It's unfortunate that the Claws weren't included in this video as that's the most fiddly part in the written Tutorial that could've been easier with visual video aid.
Um excuse me, im a little confused on the black part, how do you do the top part like that? As in folding and stitching? I apologize im very confused on that
What kind of paws would fit best for a more realistic skull furry? I worry that the puffy paws will be overly disproportionate for a skull furry character I’m making.
ok so shave the fur that ur gonna use for paws BEFORE u start drawing out the pattern? (the palm area) n leave the wrist long fur) Also i have to make all my paws stitch by hand
I'd like to see a video of making a feline fursuit head. I really like your canine one's they're super cute, but since seeing your video on planning a suit, where you used your cats as inspiration, I've been curious about seeing how a feline head would be made in your style. 😻
Hey, I was wondering if you could help me, mostly because I've never done any of this before so what would be the best decision to how I make my fursuit paws, I can't sew very well so that's a problem
Heya! This tutorial was very helpful, and I believe I'll use this method to make my next set of puffy paws. I really like how they looked as the end result. I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on how you make your feetpaws, as that would be very helpful aswell. I don't know if this is possible, but can you help us with fur suit gauges, nose rings, maybe a fur suit beanie?
P.s. wire bending would be the route to go for jewelry, not very hard! And a beanie, depends on what type you are looking for, crochet might be the answer
I can help with that
@@Calicifier Wire is actually a really bad idea. It breaks very quickly and can leave jagged edges that could become dangerous to the wearer.
@@ScootOtter for nose rings? I wouldn't think so
if your looking for an easier beanie/hat i would reccomend loop knitting its rather easy and very quick to do!
Fursuit accessories would be a neat thing to learn, I.e., gauges, beanies, etc.
A video on feet paws (indoor or outdoor) and FURRING them would be GREAT. I struggle so much with patterning my feet paws. Thanks ! :)
MedusaTheFREAK I could always help! My FA is ☆Otto☆

Thanks for showing that pawpad method, I messed something up when making mine and couldn't use applique so this helped so much!
One dislike, must’ve missed the Ike button.

This is absolutely amazing! I'm really confused though, where did you put the stuffing? Was it inside the lining or outside of it? Many thanks Kloof!
I know you're asking her, but you usually stuff outside of the lining.
i am also confused on this
Stuffing is put between the fur and lining. Your hand should not be touching the stuffing, that would be pretty uncomfortable.
