Good stuff. Glad to see people focusing on training vs gucci nonsense. That said, eye pro is a 1 second fix to a possibly lifelong problem. People who are new to shooting are gonna be watching this and looking to emulate you at some level, which seems to be what you're going for. Help them emulate good habits.
I know it's a lame excuse, but its what I typically say, and it's that we live in southern Alabama, and the thick ash humidity is enough to fog up even nice eye pro. That being said, you're absolutely right and we should get more consistent with it. Im looking into some options for prescription eyepro, but its proving to be difficult to find and expensive
@@Knightwholebeezy that's fair. have you tried lens sprays? i've used Zeiss fog defender spray with pretty solid results (although my use case is in the cold, with my glasses fogging up because I wear them with a scarf and it's in the 30s or below)
This is top tier content and editing! Not everyone has access to an outdoor range but nonetheless this shows us great drills. Also thank you for showing us the targets after each drill and talking about it afterwards. Everyone should keep on training with purpose!
this is cool af im trying to get my buddies into training like this👍🏼 just saw your channel yesterday and got excited when i saw you posted again. keep up the good work🤙🏼
This is good stuff guys! I wish more people would take the time to train like this. The world is a dangerous place, especially with ww3 now "drones" and stuff. Stay safe, God bless
Good stuff! I’m hoping I can get a group together to help each other learn. If I may offer a critique, the gentleman with the black and red shirt looks like when he draws he’s pointing his gun into the air instead of straightforward when he brings it up to his eyes.
Harrison here. I own/operate a video production company and it’s how I make my living. The minimum spec I would look for with professional video is a camera that can shoot 10bit footage. That’ll give the minimum quality necessary for “professional” broadcast work but what it actually means is it gives you the most flexibility in post to play around with the colors without your image breaking apart. Lots of manufacturers now offer this as baseline. Any sony A7 series will do great. The canon R5ii or R6ii are solid. If you only care about video I would push you towards blackmagic cameras. They shoot 12 bit which is much more capable than 10bit and surprisingly are more affordable than other brands. You can pick up a used blackmagic pocket 4k for likely $800 if you search around.
Lenses are equally important. You have a lot to learn if you really want to make use of a good camera and lens. If you don't have the time, patience, and interest to learn technical aspects of videography, stick to a cell phone or GoPro.
@@Basecamp-training As soon I discovered your channel, I knew someone had some real video experience. Aside from your technical knowledge, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping you know how to continue creating content without exhausting all your options and burning out. I'm digging everything about this channel. It would be cool if you guys can keep it up. 🤙
Most people suck at pistols. Which is why it’s 80% of my training. You’re gonna CCW, not have a sling rifle. Train realistically. And rifle is much easier, as is.
This channel is gonna blow up
We’d sure like that

0:31 exactly what the people need
Blowing up ant beds with a shotgun. One of many cures to depression.
Great video! I'd suggest getting a timer and tracking your time successfully doing these drills over time.
The first $200 we ever make on RUclips is going towards a shot timer.

Also, a shot timer. I’m working on getting my draws down to 1.25.
Before this channel blows up,what is a good camera thet is not hella expensive and good for youtube vids?

@@ThePatriotPath For sure. We have an autofocus set, spherical Zeiss set and anamorphic set. Lens determines the look.

1000% agree. Rifle is fun but anyone can hit a 100yard shot. Pistol is what you’d likely use to save your life and it’s hard
