How to make tasty dosa from raw banana | my mother's recipe | ಬಾಳೆಕಾಯಿ ದೋಸೆ ಆಹಾ..!
Dosa is a traditional healthy breakfast recipe. We can make a number of varieties in dosa. We can add different things to dosa batter for changes in tastes. Here we show raw banana dosa. Used very less amount of urad dal, but added more raw banana pieces and a little bit of grated coconut with soaked rice. We lightly ferment the batter, no much fermentation is required. It is a tasty and healthy raw banana dosa batter. On the other hand, we can prepare instant raw banana dosa, without adding urad dal. Both are good giving different tastes.
