Click on Internet Connection
< Properties -- Sharing Tab -- >
Check Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection.
And in drop down list select your virtual adapter's connection.

you can create hotspot using cmd command.
Step 1. Open cmd as administration.
Step 2. type -- netsh wlan show drivers.
Step 3. again type -- netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=HotspotName key=HotspotPassword.
