I got it yesterday and I love it! After spending time in the settings to make sure it communicates reliably with my phone, it works like a charm 🙂
On the smartphone, you have to activate a lot of permissions for the app, deactivate battery optimization and so on. It's normal, it is an extension of your phone.
In the watch app, you have to activate also all permissions, app notifications, add your contacts... Also, personalise the vibration for the notifications, because the default vibration is weak.
After all of that, it works amazingly well.

Hello. Can anyone recommend the better color of the watch that is more resistant to scratches or atleast doesnt show scratches more prominently than the other one? Is it the black or the grey?

I have a Amazfit Balance and was shocked to see a limit of around 12 watch faces. My GTR 4 had more then 30 watch faces. Does Amazfit have a plan to increase the number of watch faces?
In the app, you can download dozens (if not hundreds) of faces.
It is unfortunate that Amazfit does not have a compact(mini) premium product.
For most Asians and women, a watch around 40mm is suitable.
Amazfit's premium classic products are so large that they look like toys.
There is a need to investigate the demand for the premium compact line.
Where is amazfit gtr/s 5 ??? Why are you delaying it so much? This balance look like a cheap Garbage. If this is the new Gtr5 ill better buy a huawei
