John, The color detail really makes the ship look real! - Mike

Hello John, wow indeed, fantastic dos not start to describe it. I remember My artesania victory took around 1300 hours to build, this beats it hands down, what A beauty. Best wishes Simon

I am glad that you like them my friend!!!
Great job, John...they look superb!
Many thanks!!!
👍👍👍👍👍👍
The gun ports look absolutely fantastic. Are you worried that they might break off during the rigging process? Take care and have a wonderful week.😄🐶🐶
Thank you very much Tim!!! Yes i am but i will try to be very very careful! Have a nice weekend too!!!
The small details are really making it look the part john ,looking fantastic and that's only so far , I did think the gun carriages wheel axels where cut to short close to the wheels ,but ha ho who will note that looking once finished , I am building the Construto HM S Victory ,That I note you built yourself some years ago ,but the videos now seem lost ,but i wish my only mistakes so far where short axels ha ha . my very best in your endeavours Sir ,both model building and job hunting dog training.
Yes the axles were a bit out and had some kind of pin to keep them in place, but here with this scale and metallic axle is impossible to do it. I have built the constructo Victory in 2003, RUclips did not exist back then and there is no video or photo footage from the build. Thank you very much Tom!!!
👍
Masking that was probably a big pain in the but.
Because on how big the ship is but you got it because the video are made in advance before they are uploaded to your channel.
So I hope it was good with no mistake.
Yes they turned out very good!
Very impressive. Where did you buy that small cordless drill?
I got it from Amazon USA, it's really handy!
@@JohnsWoodenShips it looks very handy
I'll see if I can find it 🙂
Hello, first of all my compliments for this fantastic galleon, I too am trying to make the 1:98 scale Victory Corel, I would like to ask you, why on all the videos I have seen every 2 frames there is only one cannon and on mine on some frames there are 2?
Thank you very much for your kind words ☺️ I am sorry but i don't understand the question, if you can send a photo in my email john.aliprantis@gmail.com so i can understand what you mean.
