Any info/feedback on them would be great! I have difficulties with fiddly things, so I'd rather prefilled dosing capsules that I can just swap out, and deal with the spent one's later.

if you want the xmax v3 pro more budget buy the glass mouthpiece at it and instead the normal filtre use mesh screens 0,8cm 100pcs 8€ :D lighter and a metalpipebrush, bzw- you can load it and vape at same time

Thank you for the informative review. I have the VMAX Pro 3 but I am having difficulty getting good vapor from it. I think my issue is how I am packing the herb in the chamber. Would it be possible for you to give me some tips on that? I am very new to using dry herb but I want to switch from using distillates. However, this means my foundational knowledge of how and what to do with dry herb is completely lacking! Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!
Yes of course I can help. Make sure to gride your herb first then fill your chamber all the way to the top. Pack the bowl lightly with your finger and you should be good to go. Set the temp at 400f, wait for the unit to heat up and vibrate and take 3-5 second draws. On your first draw you may not get too much but on your second and third it should pump out solid vapor. Let me know how that works out for you.

@@sonjarenhult1023 I dont think it matters too much. How long are you inhaling for? Try a 7+ second inhale and you should be able to get a good cloud. Try loading it with a medium grind and then compress it down into the chamber with your pinky so it's not near the mouthpiece filter.

plus as the thing that normally craps out on vapes is the battery, the XMAX V3 Pro has a potentially much longer service life as if the battery wears out you can simply replace it with a brand new one.

Hey friend, I haven't tried the Starry personally but from what I've read the XMAX is a good upgrade. The IQC has good flavor and good quality parts, but the XMAX definitely outperforms it IMO

Just bought one of these. Watched People on RUclips using them. In Every video they were blowing decent clouds. I've been using mine all day and hardly any clouds. I am using dosing caps, could that be the reason? Or what could I be doing wrong? And do you know if you can use any 18650 batteries in this device? I was using an arizer air 2. I hardly got any clouds from that either, plus it was a pain to load the bottom of the straw. That's why I got the XMAX V3 Pro. Yes, dosing capsules will reduce the airflow a bit if you're looking for big clouds. As it's convection based, try running it a little hotter than normal and use long and slow inhales. You should be able to get big clouds that way.
Clouds don't count. How dry the weed is, how hot you are running and how you are drawing all effect clouds but what you want is effect. If it gets you buzzed it is working.
Do you have a guide to using wax/oils? I tried the adapter in mine and wasn’t really sure if it’s as simple as putting in flower. The oil I used didn’t smoke well and made a mess in the adapter. If you have any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You can drop in anything from peppercorn sized pieces in, and fill it up to about 0.2g (depends on the strain and ground up bud too, some pieces are more fluffy or creamy). It's not recommended to fill it up to the brim which is a bit less than 0.3g, since you need some room for the stuff to breathe.
it comes with a standard 18650, lasts like 5x 6minute session I would say. ¨ never had a problem, can be used while charging (unlike my Pax) Having it for 6 months, works like a charm, true King of the category.

No... it's a vaporiser, you can vaporise crack in it, and yes, crack vaporises at like 90C (190F -ish), and the min setting on this is 100C (210F -ish). Just remember though, after you mess with crack you may find that down the line the gov'ment came an took ma baybeh.

It vapes it properly, battery is holding up on our test model after 6 months, no obvious wear and tear

The manufacturer says .25g, I'd say it's closer to 0.2g or a bit less

Are you referring to the wax cup? Try using just a few drops and use long and slow inhales on a temperature of around 380F

Mine came with a Samsung 18650 32R 3200mah. I can do 8-10 6 minute sessions with it.

Dont pack to tight and take slow minimum 10 seconds long draws. Maybe few cigar puffs first.

No... it's a vaporiser, you can vaporise crack in it, and yes, crack vaporises at like 90C (190F -ish), and the min setting on this is 100C (210F -ish).
Just remember though, after you mess with crack you may find that down the line the gov'ment came an took ma baybeh.
