Replacing Chery QQ generator

Replacing the generator on a Chery QQ, or repairing it, is carried out if the output voltage drops below 13.5-15 Volts. Replacing the generator on Chery QQ is performed in the following order:
Preparation:
Disconnect the battery before starting work.
Raise the front of the vehicle and secure it to stands or supports.
Access to the generator:
Locate the alternator, it is usually located at the front of the engine, attached to a belt.
Removing the alternator belt:
Loosen the belt tensioner and remove the belt from the generator.
Disconnecting the battery:
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Disconnecting electrical connections:
Disconnect the wires from the alternator, being sure to remember how they are connected so that you can properly connect the new alternator.
Removing the generator:
Unscrew the generator mounts.
Remove the generator from the engine.
Installing a new generator:
Place the new generator in place and secure it with fasteners.
Connect the wires to the alternator in the same order as they were connected to the old alternator.
Installing the alternator belt:
Install the belt onto the alternator, making sure it is seated correctly on all pulleys.
Belt tension:
Tension the alternator belt (if equipped).
Battery connection:
Connect the negative terminal of the battery.
Examination:
Start the car and make sure the alternator is working properly.
Check the battery charge using a multimeter.

Там шайбы не нужны. У тебя б та гайка при затягивании запрессовалась в ухо генератора и компенсировала бы зазор

Спасибо друг за подсказку! На старом генераторе это "ухо" было отломано в результате его изгиба по ширине этого зазора.

у книжці на славуту написано запрещаеться снимать клему с аккумулятора при работающем двигателе мастер блин
