They are very calculative they have choosen students who got 80 %to 99 they also know that these students mostly will not enroll in there college so what they will do they will take donation from students who scored between 60 -70%

Somewhere you are right and in some places you are spreading wrong information. Before any Merit list BESC send us email regarding interest... If we are interested to get our name in upcoming meit list or not. If you click no then automatically you are not merit listed for that. In the next merit list again they had sent the same Mail regarding merit list and the time interval between list 1 & List 2 is approx 7-10 days which is not bad at all.
