- Hello beautiful people :) today's video is just me rambling about some ways I like to ground myself when life feels overwhelming. Whenever I feel a little overwhelmed with work or need to relax and feel grounded, I can only listen to softly sweet because her whispers are just extremely calming. She understands how to pronounce each word delicately for maximum calming effect. There is no comparison. Thank you for continuing to upload! We all appreciate it. It is definitely an art form.
